5-Star Hotels in Normandy, France

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

The hotel room was not as good as expected. The room was small, the breakfast was not rich in variety, the SPA and swimming pool were closed, and I could not fully enjoy the facilities inside. I am sorry for the price.

We stayed two nights with my fiance and everything was perfect. We had the chance to be overclassified, a very good attention. The staff is adorable, welcome and always at small care, we have really feeling well throughout the stay. The spa is excellent to relax and the tennis field is a real more. The hotel is a warm, elegant and restful hotel, ideal for a couple stay. We have worshipped and will come back without hesitation.

En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

Hotel service is very good, according to my request to arrange a Unicom room, convenient to take care of children. The only fly in the ointment is that the SPA is closed too early, and it is closed at 7:00 in the evening. I was going to arrange a SPA at night but I didn't arrange it. Overall a good choice for travel near Normandy.

The service was fine. The configuration of the room was not. The toilet was right next to the bed and the bathroom (sink, shower) was all the way down the hall. It was very unpleasant. However, the bed was very comfortable, the robe was very cosy and the Illy coffee capsules were excellent.

Amazing French Chateau Hotel situated in a peaceful and lovely countryside in Normandy.

We arrived at Pontorson station by train and planned to take a taxi, but there is no Uber here, and we were kindly welcomed. Everything was very hospitable and delicious, a wonderful place, I would recommend it to all my friends.
