4-Star Hotels in Namur, Belgium

We had an incredibly disappointing stay at Mercure Namur from 13 August to 15 August . Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at Casino. I contacted the front desk , they made noises again after hotel security left. This made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We were awaken until 4.30 am . We expected a peaceful stay, but instead, we spent the night in frustration. I hope by bringing these matters to your attention, similar incidents can be prevented in the future ensuring better restful experience for all guests.

My second stay. Quite convenient if we go by car to namur. A lot of furniture interior shop around (unexpected, but nice). 10 min to city center by car. There are a few bus from city with stop in front of hotel, but the frequency is like 1hr or more. Parking is great at the hotel. Room is good, chic and large. The bar is nice.

Nice hotel with a lovely pool, which was great with the warm temperatures (+35°C). The breakfast was also excellent. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. We found the staff not very friendly. (It might have been due to the hot weather.) No greetings, and we were helped grudgingly. We're not used to this. (We usually stay at a Van der Valk hotel, where you always feel welcome and are helped in a friendly manner.) We didn't find the town itself particularly appealing, but it's a good location for an overnight stay. The surrounding area is beautiful.

Service was prima en vriendelijk ! Fietsen veilig kunnen stallen voor de nacht. Lekker ontbijt.

Mooi hotel met propere kamers. Wij hadden een niet al te grote kamer maar alles was voorzien. Ontbijt genoeg keuze.

The whole mountain is a castle, overlooking the entire Namur city, the sensory effect is very good! The hotel staff is warm and active, the room is clean and tidy, a great experience!

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very comfortable and very clean. The only problem at all was that we had to book for dinner at the hotel restaurant, for our surprise when we went to dinner they told us it was all full and if we have no booking we can't eat. We had to stay on the street with a young child to find something to eat what cost us very much
