4-Star Hotels in Inner Mongolia, China

The hotel is located in an old building in the city center. The 4th floor houses an educational training company, and the 3rd floor is under renovation. Unfortunately, the elevator is faulty and stops and opens on both the 3rd and 4th floors every time, and this cannot be canceled. I wanted to mention these shortcomings first to manage expectations. On the positive side, dining and transportation nearby are very convenient, the breakfast is good, and the front desk service deserves five stars. They even gave us complimentary breakfast and allowed us to check out late at 2 PM.

The campsite in the northern part is probably the best one. If you want to experience a yurt, this is the place to do it, the scenery is much more beautiful than the one in Heishantou. You get sunsets, singing performances, bonfires, and a starry sky. Slippers, toiletries, and liquid mosquito repellent are all provided. The shower water is unstable; it's a trickle and fluctuates between hot and cold. Four bottles of water are provided, and you have to pay for any extra. Breakfast is enough to fill you up.

The hotel boasts high-end decor and excellent cleanliness, with a superb location right by the racecourse. It feels grand and impressive. However, my stay wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. First, my room was quite a trek from the lobby, easily 50-60 meters away. Second, the pillows were all incredibly high; all four provided were the same, offering no softer alternative, which led to a restless night. Third, the toilet wasn't smart, and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed behind it, feeling a bit outdated. Fourth, the staff seemed accustomed to serving VIPs; for regular guests like us, they were rather cold and unresponsive. They'd only answer direct questions, and when I asked about breakfast, they didn't volunteer information about the hours or where it was served, which almost caused me to miss it. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but here it's 9:30 AM.

The main draw of this hotel is its excellent location, right by Saishang Old Street and close to several temples. I particularly liked the tea-drinking area in the room, and they even provided complimentary afternoon tea. It was perfect for coming back for a drink and relaxing after exploring Saishang Old Street. We booked a king room, which was over 400 yuan a night without breakfast. However, there are many small restaurants just outside, and we enjoyed trying a different one each day, all with good food. The downsides were that the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and the parking lot is shared. While 10 yuan a day isn't expensive, other hotels usually offer free private parking, and here you have to queue if there are many tourists.

The existence of Dream Love Inn is full of charm. The house and the scenery blend naturally. Any photo you take is a masterpiece. The attentive butler service is perfect. The food is complete and delicious. When the entire grassland hostel was out of power, the service was thoughtful and orderly, allowing tourists to continue to enjoy the leisure of the holiday. Although it was an accident, it made people feel that the accident happened beautifully. Bicycles, lambs, Ponyo, chess games, each seemingly ordinary setting meets the children's entertainment needs, allowing adults to enjoy the tranquility while children will not feel bored. The service sister was very patient and coaxed my little brother to play happily. There are too many pictures, and dinner is accompanied by a good night sweet soup. A super five-star experience, I will continue to choose Dalezhiye

Specifically brought the kids here for Children's Day. The guesthouse environment is great, with a starry sky yurt and convenient parking. They even prepared snacks and drinks in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and very close to the volcano attractions. The hotel also provided discount vouchers for hot spring tickets. Dining is convenient, and breakfast is excellent, with kids' meals available. On weekend evenings, they even arranged a bonfire and fireworks.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service, rooms, and breakfast were all impeccable. The breakfast, in particular, was amazing: the chef, in his crisp uniform, prepared dishes that were true works of art. The variety was extensive, the taste superb, and it was clear he had high standards for both ingredients and presentation. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the gentleman in the black uniform (who I assume was a manager) at breakfast. His friendly and professional demeanor made us feel very welcome.

The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, and the bed was also super comfy. The bathroom amenities were complete, and the bathroom itself, along with the bath towels and hand towels, were all very clean. My child also loved staying here and gave the hotel a high rating. The breakfast was rich and varied, and my child enjoyed it a lot.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. This hotel is located in the heart of Hohhot, right next to the General's Mansion, which is just a five-minute walk away. The hotel's buffet breakfast is served on the 28th floor in the revolving restaurant, offering panoramic views of the entire city. The breakfast selection is extensive and the food tastes quite good. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the air conditioning works great. Highly recommended!
