At this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

At that time, the front desk enthusiastically gave an accommodation guide. I looked carefully the next day and found out that there were free coffee, tea and flying alcohol. Parking is free. There is also a sauna.

This hotel has a very modern design, which is great. The breakfast selection is quite rich. The surroundings of the hotel are very peaceful and green. There's a metro station and light rail station within 500 meters, making public transport convenient. The front desk staff provided prompt service. We booked a room with an extra bed, but when we checked in and got to our room, we found there was no extra bed. Since it was already midnight, the housekeeping staff had gone off duty. To our surprise, the front desk attendant quickly helped us set up the extra bed. LOL.

The front desk was often unstaffed; I had to wait over an hour to find someone to check me in. The street-facing room had terrible soundproofing; I could hear street noise, car horns, and people talking below. The curtains also didn't fully cover the window, letting light seep through. While the area felt safe during the day, after sunset, many homeless people appeared on the streets, which was unsettling. The only positive was that the room was clean and it was close to Lidl supermarket and the central train station, which was convenient. However, I won't be staying here again.

We like the location, the free water by the front desk and the room size. The bed was comfortable and with two pillows that are medium firm. We stayed there three nights. The first two nights, there was body lotion in the bottle, but on the last night, it was completely empty. The room attendant hadn’t been refilling the bottle (and maybe other bottles as well), for a very long time, otherwise it (they) would not run out that quickly and that easily.

The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.

Stayed just for the night before overseas flight. Nice clean room, great breakfast with lots of choice, just what we needed. Facilities a little dated, however very well maintained. Good value for money. 

This is my second stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle bus is very convenient; it's free from the airport to the hotel, and you can catch it at stand 11. To go from the hotel to the airport, you can book it for a 10 Euro fare. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight.
