The location of the premium room was very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

The hotel is very well located, and all the staff are very friendly and willing to help. The train station is 400 meters away. Everything was great, I will definitely repeat my stay.

Right next to the airport, quiet and clean. Perfect for early morning flights. You can use a machine to check in and get your room key. You can get food at the airport and also use the airport free Wi-Fi instead of signing up for the hotel Wi-Fi. I prepaid online with C-Trip so everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with my stay.

It was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))

Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

Beim ankommen fühlte es sich sofort wie Urlaub an. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und großzügig verteilt und dennoch alles gut erreichbar. Das einzige was ich persönlich negativ fand, war die wenige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, da hatte ich bei dem Preis mehr erwartet. Sowie beim Restaurant und an der Pool Theke.

Pros: 1. Very close to the airport, which is super convenient for early departures and late arrivals. You can even self-check-in if you arrive in the early hours. 2. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is quite large too, making for a comfortable space. Cons: 1. The room isn't soundproof, so earplugs are a must (and the front desk doesn't provide them). 2. The duvet cover was a bit scratchy. Overall, it's perfectly fine for a short stay, especially if you're dealing with flight schedules.

We stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana. We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. It is seen individually that the building has come into the years and could need a little lifting in the form of color and newer equipment. For the location is very good, centrally located and everything is well reached. You should work with this pound.

Very friendly staff, it was all explained be at arrival. Directly a Mcdonals and a tanker nearby incl. loading stations for E cars
