Hotel Panorama in Maiori is simply wonderful. The location is truly perfect, right on the Amalfi Coast with easy access to everything. The service was excellent and the staff were always kind, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast with the sea view was amazing, and the rooftop pool is something really special. A highlight was the Ferragosto party, where we had so much fun and enjoyed excellent food. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, who was always available, approachable, and genuinely attentive to any special needs. This personal care made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable.

This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

Our stay at B&B Maiori suites was fabulous. The location was great, it was quiet and near the beach with great restaurants nearby. It's also close to Amalfi and the room was clean and the amenities were refilled every day. Top hotel.

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big âcan openâ sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you donât always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you donât mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didnât expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

We used this as our first accommodation on our trip to the Amalfi Coast.
There are trains from Naples Central and, although there are fewer trains to Sorrento, so getting there and back is easy.
Transportation to places like Positano and Amalfi is sparse and takes a long time, so staying here is a safe option.
The door lock was a bit stiff, but the front desk staff and someone in the room next door helped us out.
The view from the breakfast area was amazing.

amak1119Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

Here you are making a lot of effort to balance the practical but difficult location at the train station. Wonderful breakfast, only at the reception you have shown youself unflexible

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall.
The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations.
The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room.
Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay.
Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage.
Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.
