4-Star Hotels in Veneto, Italy

The room was spacious and the heating worked very well. The key was unique, but the facilities were a bit old. The shower curtain didn't really keep the water in, so the bathroom floor got very wet. The courtyard next to the room was quite nice. Room 509 is actually on the ground floor. I also got bitten by mosquitoes at night, but luckily I managed to kill them quickly. The front desk had a peculiar process: when I checked in, they asked for my credit card to register the number. The next day when I checked out, I inquired about it and was told it was to prevent guests from forgetting to pay city taxes or other fees after leaving. They also assured me that the card information would be deleted later and not to worry.

The location is fantastic, directly opposite the train station, and it's just a one-stop, 10-minute train ride to the main island. You don't have to drag your luggage around for ages. The room was spacious and clean, definitely up to four-star standards. My only minor complaints are that they don't provide complimentary bottled water. All drinks in the mini-fridge are chargeable, even the water (every other hotel I stayed at in Italy and France provided complimentary bottled water, this was the only exception). They advertise laundry service, but there's no washing machine; they send it out, and the prices are exorbitant. I'm leaving this review for everyone's reference (P.S. The drinks menu and laundry prices are in a folder on the desk, you'll need to look for it yourself).

A perfect hotel. The best four-star hotel in Verona, right between Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Bra in the city center, only a hundred meters away from the former residence of Giulia. The side of the hotel is the most famous pedestrian street in Verona, Via Mazzini (a street of famous brands), where there are famous ice cream shops in the old town, and there are many popular restaurants in both squares. The hotel is classical in style in both architecture and decoration, very artistic, and the buffet breakfast is also rich.

The hotel breakfast was decent and quite a big seating area. The staff there were on top of everything, just wish they were a little more welcoming when going to it. The room was very small, barely any room for the luggage. I had to crawl over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. I didn't like how a key was needed to.open the door and there was no working lock on the inside. I felt unsafe as if someone could pick the lock and go inside. For location, I like how it's very close to the train station and there are lots of bus routes in the area.

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably. The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile. Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything. Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.

I highly recommend this hotel to stay, especially when you go to Venice in a peak season. This hotel is located near Venezia S.L station and no need to get on waterborne. I visited in August, which was a peak season, so many ppl are lining up for waterborne and it seems it’s difficult to move around with luggage.

1. This hotel left a very deep impression on me. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service attitude is also very good. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism. 2. I really like the atmosphere of this hotel. It is quiet and elegant, and it allows people to relax. The meticulous and thoughtful service of the service staff is impressive.

We have stayed in this hotel only for the weekend  but we had an amazing experience with the hotel staff in breakfast and dinner. So nice to all the customers and always with a smile on their faces. I would be choosing this hotel again next on my visit to Venice. As we don’t like the crowded places the location is great, rooms are clean and nice nothing old or not cleaned. 10 minutes from Venice by bus 5. Bus stop outside the hotel literally. Same bus can take you from airport to hotel and back. Buy 72 hours tkt in the hotel and you can use it for murano burano and for buses with train. Price is 45€. In general ana amazing price experience good food in the hotel. 100% suggest it.

Very nice old palace with classic style interiors.  Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch. The afternoon tea time in the afternoon is complimentary but unfortunately I have never tried it Rooms: Big rooms (at least mine), big bathroom, very comfortable bed.
