However, it is essential to maintain a quiet room when booking, because those rooms whose windows are on the main street are extremely noisy overnight! It seems like you were on the street! The street before the hotel is quite narrow and will drive by cars, small trucks and mopeds. In principle it is only quiet from midnight to about 5 a.m. Otherwise it is extremely loud. To loud to sleep! We asked for a quiet room, which the staff also organized thankfully! Therefore, in sum of me 4 stars! The rooms on the street should be technically equipped by the hotel to reduce the noise scenes from outside significantly!

Very clean and well placed hotel but cold and soulless hotel

The cost-effective hotel is conveniently located next to the main church of TAXCO. The hotel is 50 years old and very artistic, but the room is very new and the area is large. We are driving by car. The hotel can have a valet. Car service, parked in the hotel's dedicated parking lot (70 pesos per day parking fee), will choose to stay at this hotel next time.

They should maintain the pool stairs, they should have an all-inclusive plan and they should let you know from the time you check in that they charge to use the cabanas on the beach, we sat down and they surprised us by saying that you had to pay, as already We were installed, we paid, but they should notify us at check-in.

Hotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.

Standing on the balcony, I suddenly felt that I came to the right place and chose the right hotel! Excellent location, beautiful appearance, and thoughtful design reflect the luxury of more than 40 years ago! Although the decoration level is decades ago, the space is spacious, the cabinets are large enough, hot water is available all day, the lights are bright, the electricity is sufficient, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the Internet is smooth. Although it is not luxurious, it is very practical. What's even more amazing is that the service attitude is very good. From the front desk to the dining room, from the floor to the swimming pool, the employees are very kind and enthusiastic. Although they don't understand Chinese, they all try their best to help us solve the problem and come back every day Cleaning up the clean and bright room, I feel sincerely satisfied! So we want to give HS Hotel a big thumbs up! What a solid old but very nice hotel! One thing to mention: the balcony door of 2511 needs to be repaired.

Incredible place to spend family vacations or as a couple, it has all the amenities you can imagine including a slide, tennis court, gyms, spa and more !! Without a doubt, this is going to be the hotel of my preference every time I come to Acapulco. The food is also delicious and everything is of the best quality like the coffee and the services.
