I was there three weeks. Excellent location. SUPER STAFF. Had 9 th floor facing the water. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!! Beach band was a bit much...Mexican polka...but that is not hotel's fault. Breakfast each morning was a super way to start the day. EVERYONE WORKED HARD TO MAKE MY STAY GREAT. The ”refrig in the room was not a refrig...it just looked like one. Staff replaced it, to no avail. TRAVELING WITH INSULIN, a non functional refrig was a concern. Hotel needs to address this!

Be careful! With a 4-day stay coming on Friday coming out on Monday, my husband and I hosted for being “the best” or “the best” and wanted to rest, on Saturday we had an event for which I bought a $500 Alexander McQueen bluse brand dlls Cabe highlighted that I only carried a small bag (I didn't document No I left my bag more than in the hotel) he arrived home and I realize that that bluse is not, I call the hotel and they tell me it is not like forgotten, so where is it? Visited Culiacan for a friend's wedding, and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff - they went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The staff called us taxis each day, and arranged for transportation to Mazatlan after our flight plans changed. The front desk staff spoke English. Humaya restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast! The other highlight of the property was the M Club lounge (for Bonvoy Platinum and above). The lounge was well stocked with delicious food and beverages, and attendants were very friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.
