I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the airport and within walking distance of downtown. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The room felt a little dark, and I wish there was more space to store luggage. However, we could clearly hear the conversations from the next room, so I'm sure our voices were also audible. It was a shame that the souvenir shop was closed during our stay.

Although the hotel is old, the room is big, two 1.5 meters big bed, the room is very clean, there is a tea bar in the lobby, free boiling water, tea bags and coffee, the hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off service, very satisfied with this stay, it is a little expensive!

The most iconic hotel in Anchorage, I had to stay even if I could only afford one night. Everything was good, the room was a bit small. Definitely paying big city prices for little old Alaska, which can feel like price gouging.

Everything else is fine, the air conditioning outlet is very loud, affecting sleep. During the stay, there was a fire alarm misreported, and the guests walked out of the hotel and the fire was on the scene. It is said that there has been a recent incident. The above two hope to improve.

The room was very stylish and comfortable! Coffee, tea, and a kettle were provided. The toiletries smelled amazing, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the room facing the road was quite noisy, as you could hear the traffic outside.

This house is on great location between Fairbanks and Chena hot springs. The view from there is just amazing, breath taking. We were not so lucky to see Aurora, because of claudy weather, but I still dont regret to book that place. Its little bit pricier, but definitely worthy. It does have a lot of rules, but I understand they want to keep it pretty clean and quiet.

In the angchge encounter with the embarrassing thing, the first is that when you are in the chic in, you can't find the reservation and the paid room rate information. The front desk and the reservation department contacted the phone for more than 10 minutes before checking the reservation information, and the check-in procedure was completed. The room card, we went to open the door, found that the room given to the person did not check out, the front desk found the wrong room card, catch up to change another room card, continue to open the door, or the room did not check out, even change the room, Can not stay, until the fourth, can finally stay.
