"One of the best hotels in Andorra, about a 15-minute walk from the bus station—not far, but uphill and quite steep. The hotel's views, exterior, gardens, and pool are all very nice. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The breakfast is also commendable, with a wide variety and even fried dumplings suitable for Chinese palates. The problem was that I found a fly in the bathroom right after entering, which is unheard of in Chinese hotels. More importantly, the staff's attitude towards flies was that they believed they were common here, swarming everywhere due to the good environment. Only after repeated requests did they replace the bathroom towels and linens after exterminating the flies. Finally, the bathroom plumbing was iffy, and water overflowed through the door crack into the toilet bowl while showering. The staff were generally helpful and patient in resolving issues, but some had limited English, making communication a bit challenging."
