"Good view, good service and good cleanliness. The breakfast was good though the menu remained the same over the days. The bathroom was still using hot and cold mixer taps. But otherwise"

Aria Apartments ★★★★

"We enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment. It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins. The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels."

Dorsett Gold Coast ★★★★

"The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit underwhelming. For example, the balcony door lock was broken on the first day, and though it was fixed, I later discovered the hot water in the sink wasn't working. These issues should really be checked before guests check in. Luckily, everything was eventually repaired. My stay wasn't the best, but the Nepalese lady at the front desk who helped resolve the problems was excellent – thumbs up to her! Breakfast was a partnership with Harvest Buffet inside The Star, costing $30 for one adult and one child, which I thought was a reasonable price."
