"Hotel is a great location, near the train station and public transport. Room has a great size, comfortable bed and had complimentary water. The bathtub is a bit high, so for someone with mobility difficulty might be hard to shower/bathe. The bathroom looks a bit rundown but it is clean. Breakfast was great, fresh and with great options to choose from. Reception was too cold, during checkin not even a hello, literally. Besides that, it was a good stay."

"The hotel boasts a beautiful interior, both in the rooms and all common areas. The lobby is designed in a courtyard style. The staff at this hotel are truly incredible. You can feel the high level of service; everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We approached the front desk several times with questions and clarifications, and each time they went above and beyond to help us and resolve any issues, explaining everything in detail. I don't think I've ever encountered such staff in any other hotel. The hotel's location is excellent. St. Stephen's Basilica is nearby, as are streets with various restaurants. The metro isn't too far either. The only downside was the breakfast. The room was quite small, and the food was spread out in the corners, which made it very inconvenient to access. It seems it wasn't quite designed for such a large number of people. Overall, it's an excellent hotel!"
