"Good parking, not centrally located but easily accessible. Equipped with a balcony."

"Horrible customer service and hospitality the receptionistwas very rude"

"Nice and clean room. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom needs a little maintenance (towel rail has half fallen off and toilet cistern has an ongoing slight leak). Would definitely stay again."

"My one week stay ended within one hour. The promised 2 flights of stairs were 5 flights of stairs and the 5th had over a dozen steps in it and wet paint on the walls throughout. Another resident very kindly carried my suitcase up all of these stairs, I could not have done it without him. On entering the room down 4 more steps, the room sat over the rsidents driveway. The verandah sliding screen door mesh was ripped over a foot wide and the lock just hanging there. So no fresh breeze coming through there without any bugs or heaven forbid a human climbing in. The bedroom window would not close, infact the locks could not even meet, and would automaticlly bounce back to the assumed unaligned position as soon as you let go. You would like to think the room was cleaned or even checked prior to your arrival, however I am unsure of this. On entering the kitchen there was a clearly squashed cockroach on the kitchen floor. Not surprised they are around, but wouldn't someone have cleaned it up? Was it there from the last visitor? I can't describe what the marks on the wall near the washing machine are, mind you the doors on't close there either. On entering the bedroom I saw stais on the doona/bedspread cover that clearly had not been washed since the last visitor. I could not sleep in that bed at the thought of the stains on top, what would the sheets be like?? After numerous calls I was moved to Cardiff Execitive apartments and will do a separate review on them. Suffice to say they use the same bedroom linen cleaners."
