JW Marriott El Convento Cusco ★★★★★

"The hotel environment is really nice, and the location is also very good, not far from the Temple of the Sun and the Plaza de Armas. What is incredible is that Ctrip booked us a basement on the first night, and after negotiation, we moved to the first floor for the second stay. Not only is the view not good, but the items in the room are also of a different grade. For such an expensive hotel, Ctrip still uses this kind of tricks, and they will cheat if they can, and they also want to make a profit from the price difference😱"

Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco ★★★★★

"This hotel has it all—convenient location, great food, and incredible history. You are a 2 minute walk from the main square but it’s quiet inside the complex. The rooms are big and clean. The two courtyards are soothing to the soul and you can spend hours sitting there. If you get a chance, take a look at the art collection and spend some time admiring the chapel."

"We are traveling with a large group and arrived at the Hampton shortly after 2:30 to check in today. The check in process was quick and the personnel assisting us were very friendly! The hotel is upscale, clean, modern and easy to navigate. Later in the evening after settling in, we went down to the lounge, dining area and had a few items from the menu. We were treated so well! The young man, Marcelo, was professional, attentive and very courteous. We are so grateful for the warm welcome!"

Novotel Cusco ★★★★

"Fantastic location! The road right outside is wide enough for even large tour buses to pull up to the entrance. The staff are incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I asked if they could pack me a breakfast since I had to leave before 5 AM, and they happily agreed. Even though it was a packed breakfast, there was so much food: yogurt, juice, sandwiches, ham, an apple, and more. I also saw an opera performance in the lobby one evening. Plus, it's only a ten-minute walk to the main square, and right next to a Marriott. Very satisfied!"
