"Absolutely loved Pink Coco on Gili Air. Beautiful rooms, spacious bathroom with amenities. Nightly turndown service with homemade shortbread treats. Tea/coffee and bottled water in room. We had a grande room opposite the swimming pool which was great for getting a few lengths in. Honesty bar which is currently free due to neighbouring building works, however noise was minimal and we were not inconvenienced by it. Located near outside eateries and bars. If not up to walking you can hire bikes or use a cidomo. Staff were beyond lovely. Food exceptional, breakfast choices great and plenty of it. Would return and recommend to anyone, also adults only which was nice."

"Service close to zero: totally disorganized - dirty beach (never cleaned during our stay. - The furniture is abandoned (broken parasols, dirty deck chair mattresses). - Beach "towel shortage" all day while we are in high season, how is this possible??? - Most of the time there is no one at the reception desk so you always have to wait for everything. This beach service has a superb swimming spot in Gili and is no longer the one we have. known in 2015 and 2019. Frankly, I will offer to pay my bill in line with the salary of the interns who do not speak a word of English and who probably represent 70% of the staff. In short, not pay the price of a professional hotel. with qualified staff (and really managers) In short, not serious, not (more) qualitative, abandoned. Lots of other good places around."
