Very stylish, modern design and a well-thought-out interior. The panoramic windows are a special delight – the city view is captivating both during the day and in the evening. "Fantastic customer service, incredibly attentive and kind. Come to your taxi/grab as you’re arriving, welcome drinks and cold towels. Extensive local tips and tricks with a map while you wait for the check-in process. Rooms are modern and nice. We had the internal window rooms, which do make for a dark stay. No real natural light so won’t be for everyone. Good shower with nice heat and water pressure. Daily fruit bowl provided. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, very varied. They also offer coffee and actual meals to order (free). Although it is very nice, I do think the price tag is a touch high for Vietnam. This was around $280 AUD a night for us, although we did book very late notice. I think $200 a night is a fairer price point considering other hotels at that price tag. All in all a great stay and definitely worth a visit if you’re deciding on a hotel."

"The hotel is large, convenient, and clean, suitable for families and seniors looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the lake area. The sea isn't too far from the tourist attractions. However, if you want to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, it's quite a distance, so taking a car is advisable. Overall, it's a good hotel."

"The staff is good and helpful. My room ac was automatically turned off in the middle of the night. After I turned it back on, it turned off again after like another 2 hours and it keeps like that, so at the end they changed other room for me. The location is good to travel around the city."

"The hotel was very conveniently located near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter on foot. The room was clean and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep, though the bathroom was a bit small. The staff were kind and promptly assisted with luggage storage and directions. Nearby, I visited the Old Quarter Culture Exchange Center and enjoyed pho and banh cuon in the alleyways. The Van Phuc Silk Village tour booked through the hotel was well-explained, and the pick-up/drop-off was punctual, allowing ample time to observe the weaving process. It was a very satisfying stay, making it easy to dine and sightsee in the city center, which brought peace of mind for my first trip to Hanoi. I also appreciated being able to take evening strolls around the lake and easily access the market in the mornings. Overall, it was a comfortable trip."
