"Excellent location. Spacious 2 bedroom unit with kitchen. Decor a little tired. Very friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the beach shuttle they suggested never came and we were told we needed a punch card to access the beach (which we were not given). Also, they recommended the Heavenly Valley gondola ride but it only runs weekends after Labor Day (we had asked about it on a weekday). In other similar hotel or timeshare type accommodations we have stayed in, guests are usually provided with a list of local activities, restaurants, etc. We found everything out on our own but it would have been nice to have had this information. Again, the front desk staff were all great!"

"I was able to spend my time with peace of mind in a very quiet environment. The amenities were also satisfactory. You can have a good time in the hotel with tennis courts, pools and table tennis. There was also a big supermarket, gift shop, restaurant, 7-Eleven, and gas station just a short walk away, and it was a very satisfying 2 nights and 3 days without any inconvenience."
