"I really loved the food! Hats off to the chef! We were only able to check in at 2 PM, just as promised, even though we arrived at 6 AM. But then again, no one promised an earlier check-in. On the bright side, they sent us straight to breakfast. Good job! We stayed in the new building, room 7, on the first floor. It would probably be better to stay on a higher floor. There weren't many towel holders in the bathroom, but that's a minor detail. I wish the hotel were a bit more tolerant of cats... The bars are excellent! Plenty of alcohol and cocktails for everyone, and you don't have to wait long. Overall, everything was fine!"

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Akka Antedon Hotel. While the facilities may look impressive, the attitude of the staff completely ruined our stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect for guests. Instead of trying to help or resolve issues, they acted as if they were doing us a favor. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide five-star service. As a paying guest, I expected courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. Unfortunately, I received none of these. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and the management should seriously reconsider how their staff are trained. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many other hotels in Kemer where guests are treated with respect and appreciation. I will never return to Akka Antedon, and I hope management takes these complaints seriously before more guests have the same disappointing experience."

"Ramazan was an amazing animator! He was always energetic, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great time. His positive attitude and fun activities made our stay even more enjoyable. He makes the Dart game really fun and everyone is happy around him. The DJ aswell is really talented and plays songs from every country to make people feel welcomed and like home. Highly recommended!"

"We were there for work, but combined it with relaxation. The service was top-notch for the off-season, there weren't many people there, the food was plentiful, and alcohol was available until 2:00 AM. Overall, it was a 10/10 winter vacation, and almost all the staff spoke both English and Russian. The only thing is, judging by the hotel photos, the grounds look much larger—in reality, it's not very big, but again, for the off-season, it's fantastic."
