"A beautiful hotel at the center of Labuan Bajo. Walking distance to the seafood street (when exiting the hotel, walk go the left), and there's a mall next to it on the right, with a Starbucks, KFC, convenience store and some shops, lots of food options down the street. Hotel lobby is beautiful, with an open space looking towards the waters. Rooms are okay, amenities a bit lacking (no slippers, only 2 big towels). Noise from the boats are way too loud (start very early in the morning), so provided earplugs are useful. Had a seaview room and didn't hear the prayers from the mosque nearby. Free mini bar was nice. Breakfast was just so so but the view is wonderful. Afternoon dance show at the lobby was the highlight of our say"

"Slviva hotel - it was okay. The AC in the rooms work poorly. No life to the place - it felt dilapidated and run down. The customer service was poor - loads of workers standing around or on their phones instead of seeing to customers at the restaurant. Didn’t speak much English. Lots of mosquitos too at evening time. And the workers burn rubbish at night time and the fumes sweep into the restaurant which is not nice to breathe in. The sun loungers are old and bug infested. The rooms were clean though. I wasn’t sure which pools I had access to as there are villas on site too. Also couldn’t find anyone to ask if there were kayaks or snorkel equipment for hire. However, the lovely private beach is kept clean. The food menu is limited, not so tasty and overpriced. They do have 24 hour room service though. All in all, better going to Seaesta hostel which is cheaper, trendier and more vibrant!"

"Pretty good! Mixue (a bubble tea shop) is right downstairs, and it's super convenient as it's very close to the pier for getting around. Plus, the hotel has a restaurant upstairs, and the service is quite good. It offers great value for money and is located on the busiest street in Komodo town."

"The room is quite spacious with all the necessary facilities. It's located halfway up the hill, just a 5-minute walk to the main street and the pier. There's also a garage for parking motorcycles."

"Arrived in Komodo 10 days after the earthquake, and everything was back to normal. The hotel concierge was warm and polite, and the front desk patiently answered all our questions. A great first impression. There were cracks on the room walls from the earthquake, but the main structure of the building was fine. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the steak at the Italian restaurant was delicious. We also joined the hotel's island hopping day tour. It was hassle-free and convenient; although it was more expensive than tours booked outside, the quality was definitely superior."

"I had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights. Got an upgrade upon check in with more room space, for bags and bath tub. The view from the lobby is amazing, plus the weather was perfect when we were there. We had most of our meals in the hotel, very convenient and tasty but slightly on the pricier side. Definitely recommend this place! Morning yoga was the best way to start the day!"
