"A relatively large resort hotel. The child fell when he was little, and the staff actively helped to find him!"

"Writing this currently by the hotel pool. We leave tomorrow but said id post while still in paradise!. Our 3rd time back (that in itself tells alot) and this is still our favourite hotel. From the moment we arrived in a taxi we were looked after so well. We had the breakfast included and it has absolutely everything you could think of. From a fresh omelette station, juice making station and even a champagne area (to make the breakfast that little bit extra). The food selections changed daily, something new each day. The pool is fantastic, with many areas to choose where you chill out. No rush on beds, although by 10am it's pretty full. The views are breath taking around the hotel. I can't comment on the restaurants for dinner as we ate out each night, but the mango daiquiris by the pool are a must. I went to the Spa this time and it's the best to date. Staff, facilities, views and my treatment. I didn't catch the ladies name but she has hands of gold, the best full body massage I've got Thank You!!! The spa is new and a must if visiting this hotel. No doubt we will be back - 10/10 again for us!!"

"I had a brilliant, relaxing week at this gem of a little hotel. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean. The cleaning staff do an amazing job. I wanted to thank Belfar, Ryka (Hope I spelt that right!) and Abdul. They were all so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank-you all of you. If you want an adults only, small hotel, for a well earned rest, then this is the hotel for you."

"This small, boutique hotels is a hidden gem. Far from crowded southern Lanzarote tourist locations - in a small, quiet town of Haria. Located in an old house that was renovated, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. A la carte breakfast with a great choice of breakfast toasts and sandwiches, sweets, yogurt and fresh orange juice. Try dinner served on site - the dishes are big and very delicious. Please note that this is not a resort hence no swimming pool or other big hotel's facilities. There is a free parking on the street and on-site. If there is anything I would change that would be adding two or three sun umbrellas on the roof terrace with some lounge chairs."

"Location was ideal , literally 5 minutes to the strip , passing a couple of nice places to eat and drink . Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great size . Situation was quiet during the day with just the sound of the gentle waterfall from the pool area . Unfortunately I had a couple of issues . Firstly there were children staying in the room next to me and the first 2 nights they were making a lot of noise til gone midnight . I had booked the place based on it being adults only . I approached reception twice to discuss this to be told no there weren’t children staying but to take a photo if I saw them again . They were in a room that did not require access via the key code gate . I have contacted travel republic on my return but because management disputed children being there there’s nothing to be done , even though the housekeeping lady confirmed to me she had seen the children and was surprised . The other issue was the condition of my room , photos attached . The microwave was rusty , tiles in the bathroom needed a blast and a good scrubbing , units in the kitchen were peeling and there were stains on a horrible looking bedside lamp . Maybe I got a duff room as I’d looked at the reviews before booking and they were 99% positive . It’s a shame just needed a good update . It’s a shame as I’d been really looking forward to staying there but would not return again ."
