"The air conditioner in the room was very loud and could not be turned off. The waiter said that it was a ventilation facility and the fresh air system could not be turned off, because the window was fully closed. It relied on this to ventilate, which greatly affected sleep. The complaint to the manager said that no one had to turn it off. The last night shift boy turned off the power to solve the problem. Fortunately, the outside is not very cold and can make do for one night. The hotel where the S KY line is staying is in this style, but this one is especially prominent. The one with Gree air conditioning is very quiet, and the others are universal."

"We had the entire inn, which consists of 3 rooms. Each room had wonderful antiques, comfy beds and nice bathrooms with plush towels. The upstairs bedroom has a towel warmer! There is a larger upstairs room with an adjoining sitting area and full kitchen, and the downstairs room was absolutely perfect for my mother, who has mobility issues because she did not have to any steps. She did have a little difficulty navigating the claw foot tub, but it did work out. There are plenty of thoughtful touches about like an ice maker and complementary beverages, waters and coffees. Highly recommend!"

"All aspects were excellent for the price, which was very affordable. 6 of us had 3 rooms for the WV Renaissance Festival and the hotel was perfect for that. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. It was a little confusing where to pull into the parking lot so we circled around back before finding the front entrance."

"Stay was wonderful, staff was nice, super clean! Not happy starting day with COLD shower! However two things that spoiled our stay: 1. Shower handle was installed incorrectly or broken, when we went to shower in morning, handle could only be turned a quarter…COLD shower, not a great way to start yr day. Can’t believe housekeeping didn’t notice! 2. Our room room was 213, by elevators and laundry chute….there was freezing cold air coming from chute vents. We notified front desk abd housekeeper upon departure…. Hilton rewards member."
