"We moved to this hotel after checking out from another one, so we arrived and checked in early at 11:20 AM. We were well aware that rooms are typically ready at 2:00 PM or earlier if available. We sat down in the lobby at 11:20 AM, and gradually other guests arrived and waited, all of them after us. Ironically, despite registering the earliest, at least fifteen to twenty rooms were given out to later guests ahead of us. When it reached 3:00 PM, I went up to the front desk to ask, and they reluctantly issued our key. The room had terrible soundproofing—hands down the worst soundproofing of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Plus, the surrounding area feels very unsafe."

"Overall it was a solid stay at this new Breda Suits Hotel Milano. Convenient access to metro (end of line M5 so you can easily get a seat). Staff was accommodating to change my room as the AC was not working. The room itself is spacious with the almost triple height ceiling and all the appliances is new and nice. Good shower pressure and has a bidet. Kettle is available upon request. Hence a good hotel in a heritage building. The breakfast is approximately 20€. *due to landscaping in the entrance area, guest need to go through Hotel degli Arcimboldi Lobby, turn left and walk to the Breda Lobby."

However, there was a strange odor when I first entered the room, which felt like a previous guest's body odor. It would be great if air freshener could be provided. Also, I'm not sure if the toilet was designed only for Europeans, but it was incredibly high; I had to stand on my tip-toes to sit on it, which was quite something."
