"Kinsterna is stunning — the kind of property that immediately feels special. The architecture, grounds, and atmosphere are all gorgeous, and our room was stylish (though a bit dark). What kept this from being a perfect stay was the service. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and had mentioned it ahead of time, but there was no acknowledgment at all. At this price point (over $1k/night), even a small gesture would’ve gone a long way. There was also very little communication throughout the stay — more “figure it out yourself” than the warm, high-touch experience you expect here. And by late afternoon, the pool area wasn’t being maintained: towels left out, empty glasses and plates, loungers not reset. The food was good and the setting is truly exceptional, but the details and service didn’t quite meet the level the property promises — or the price tag."

"Like it happens in this kind of historical towns, the rooms are dispersed through the city, which adds to atmosphere and privacy. The reception is just a few steps from the entrance to Monemvasia Castle (you must park your car in the road outside... good luck finding a spot!). The room was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom design was superb, and breakfast delicious. The staff was always friendly and cooperative. And we had our own private terrace overlooking the sea. Would return to this hotel anytime!"

"Greek hospitality is legendary, but Quattro Suites has outdone itself! The property is beautiful, the pool is stunning, the breakfast is four-star, the rooms are very clean, and last but not least, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The location is also excellent for visiting Laconia. The staff made us feel pampered. I WILL MISS YOU 🌹"

"This is a fabulous place. The room is small but all the necessary is eaten. Even a small terrace with a beautiful view. Very delicious breakfast."

"Our room smelled mouldy on entry. It was smelly and dirty. We found sweat marks on cushions, scaled up drain covers, mouldy shower, dirty rugs and floor, rusted old furniture on patio, broken furniture in room, dirty cooking area bench…… Access was down an old stone stairway with dirty water running down it which made it slippery. We complained but staff were totally uninterested. We only stayed for two nights out of four booked even though there was no refund or any acknowledgment of any kind."

"Amazing venue in an Olive Garden. Rooms are spacious sparkling clean providing an environment of peace and tranquility. Staff experienced and polite. Breakfast is a real culinary experience. Not to be missed for a truly unique experience."
