"This resort was right across the street from the beach. The rooms were a little outdated and small, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also had a couples competitive trivial game in the bar area."

"The hotel has a cozy, private vibe which made it a decent little getaway. However, there were quite a few issues that need attention. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was a strong smell of sour mop mixed with bleach, the glass in the shower was grimy, and the mirror was dirty. The shower door felt unstable and made loud noises, as if it might fall off, so repairs are urgently needed. Additionally, I believe even though it’s not an all-inclusive hotel, basic amenities like a bottle or two of drinking water should be provided in each room for tea-making or emergencies. The kettle was unclean and there were barely any tea supplies available. The room door hinge also needed fixing—it made an odd sound and was hard to close properly. One concerning experience was when another guest accidentally opened my door with her key while I was in bed. Thankfully, the safety latch was on, but that’s a serious security issue that needs immediate resolution. The food was just average—often tasting like it had been reheated, which took away from the experience. I actually had to dispose of one meal from the restaurant because it wasn't ideal.. Overall, if these maintenance and service issues are addressed, it could be a much better experience. The ambiance and privacy were definitely the highlights."

"This hotel is in no way recommended. It may have been a respectable hotel in the past, but unfortunately, the storm not only damaged the building, but also severely impacted the friendliness of the staff, making it an uncomfortable place for guests."

"A group of us checked in on 6th April, we stayed until 20th. On first impression, the outside of the villa looks on point. Sadly that impression quickly vanished. Because the rooms which have the potential to top class, were beyond deplorable. There was dust, cobwebs, a persistent old unwell person lives in the rooms. Guess what I mean is, the rooms smelt like they'd been locked up for years. The shower in my room sprayed water everywhere except on me. Had to DIY it myself. The kitchen was something I had never seen and never wishes to see again. There was food residue sitting in the drainer. It was beyond untidy and unkept. We had to wash down the kitchen before we could use it. Jennifer expressed no interest in ensuring we had good facilities to use. I am convinced she was only in it for the money. The kitchen had not one decent fork, one single knife that was dull and not fit for use. I am of thw opinion that she knows not about how to run a resort. It is actually not a resort, not sure what it is. I say that because I have never been to a resort where the guests and owner uses the cooking space. I believe she needs to invest in how to run a resort and self presentation. The view is amazing, the greenery on point."
