"This is a very nice place to stay in Old Orchard! It has been family owned since the 1940's. Shifra is a wonderful and very caring owner of the hotel. All of the rooms are apartment suites that have been redone in 2014. We needed the handicap suite which is on the first floor and you can see the ocean from the suite. It is clean and very spacious. Shifra was always making sure we had everything we needed. She is very accommodating to our needs. My husband is in a wheelchair and the room was perfect. I love the fact that there is a handicap accessible beach wheelchair that we were able to use on the beach. You are steps away from the beach and the handicap beach chair gave my husband access to the beach for the first time since his stroke. It is walking distance to the pier and many restaurants in the area. The place is clean and has an indoor pool with a lift into the pool. Shifra was always making sure we were had everything we needed. We loved it at this place! It is great to know that we are supporting the family that has had this place for 60 years and still going! It is hard to find good handicap rooms. I recommend The Atlantic Ocean Suites and will be back!! There is only one ADA accessible room, so if you need...More"

"Nicole at Grand Real Estate was wonderful to work with. Cannot beat the view from the deck. Unit very clean but sparse. No place to eat a meal. No table or chairs ! Stools at kitchen counter so short that the counter is just under your chin when sitting on them rendering them useless. Also. No privacy. Only very shear curtains. Can see right into the condo from outside and next door. Had to get dressed in the closet. Also, only one small dresser !! To recap.. Nice unit but not very homey. Expected more for the price."
