Hilton Omaha ★★★★

"This is a good hotel and the service was by far the best of any hotel on our recent family road trip. The woman at check-in really went out of her way to make us and our dog feel welcome and was just a pleasure to talk with. This is a very busy hotell and it's giving conference vibes (the lobby was super loud), which is not my first pick normally but I'm glad we stayed here. The food from room service was excellent- we ordered it twice. Gym was decent but dated, the pool is small but works for a quick swim and the skylight is nice.  The place is dog-friendly in a major way. Dogs get a tag (like a festival bracelet) so it's clear they're a "guest", and also receive a baggy of dog treats upon entry. The Starbucks around the corner is also dog friendly and they give pup cups for free.  Area wise, there's a few commercial bars and restaurants nearby but it felt like a few blocks away from more hip areas. I think the walk would be pretty safe.  Good stay overall, and special shout out to the service!"
