"Out of the three hotels we booked for this trip (the other two being Nagoya Marriott and Motoyu Senkuro), this was our family's absolute favorite. The room was new and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the hot springs were great. The service was impeccable, even the staff at the Hida souvenir shop were gentle and patient. The only slight letdown was the lunch at Green Court – the steak was so tough I couldn't chew it. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Takayama!"
