"I am extremely disappointed with my two-night stay at the Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto. While the room itself is modern and the hotel is relatively new, the standard of cleanliness and housekeeping was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this level. When we checked into the room, there was already a significant amount of dust throughout the room. More concerningly, I could still see hair on the bathroom floor and in various areas of the room, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The housekeeping service was also inadequate. During our stay, the service appeared to be limited mainly to changing towels and arranging the bedding. There was no proper vacuuming or thorough cleaning of the floor, and the hair and other debris remained visible. This is particularly unacceptable when the room should have been properly cleaned and inspected before a new guest checks in. I was also disappointed by the lack of basic in-room amenities. There were no hotel slippers provided, which I would normally expect from a modern hotel of this standard. In addition, the luggage storage arrangement was extremely inconvenient for us and caused considerable problems during our stay. A hotel should provide a practical and clearly communicated solution for guests who need to store their luggage, especially when travelling with family. Overall, although the hotel is modern and well located, the actual guest experience did not meet the standard I expected. Cleanliness, housekeeping and basic guest convenience are fundamental aspects of hospitality, and unfortunately these areas were seriously lacking during our stay. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and review the housekeeping and guest-service standards, as the condition of the room upon arrival was particularly disappointing."

"My stay at Nester Finn was perfect! The service was great, everyone from the staff was súper nice and the place is amazing. Loved my room and apartment amenities, every detail was great and the location in Toronto is super! Additional mention for the incredible gym."

"The house seems to have been newly renovated, with all the appliances being new. The surrounding environment is nice, and there are three separate beds. There's also a Chinese supermarket and parking nearby. The landlord is very welcoming."

"Excellent location, close to the train station, and a supermarket is right across the street. It's fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, perfect for home cooking!"

"Great location and environment."

"The room was a bit small, but the location was convenient."
