Distinction Mackenzie Country Hotel ★★★★

"The hotel has no elevator, making it very difficult to carry large luggage upstairs. The duvet cover and duvet insert were separate and not included. There was no bottled water in the room, and the hotel didn't sell bottled water either; you had to boil water or buy it outside. There was a long hair on the duvet."
