The military runs this hotel. It is alcohol-free. People were smoking everywhere, which may or may not bother others. The breakfast and dining services were good. The room was clean but a little dated. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. I was disconnected/hung up on 3 times when trying to confirm that someone would be able to check us in when I arrived after midnight. The room was a bit small, and there was a strange smell coming from one side of the bed, though I couldn't pinpoint the source. The shower knob was incredibly stiff; I had to use all my strength just to turn it on. The worst part was check-in. After a 10-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, only to be told the room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait 45 minutes. So I waited. An hour later, I checked again, and it still wasn't ready. Another 30 minutes went by, and when I inquired again, I was told it still wasn't ready. Meanwhile, other guests were checking in at the front desk, and none of them seemed to be waiting. It wasn't until past 3 PM, on my fourth attempt, that the front desk initially told me to wait again. I then mentioned that the lobby air conditioning was too cold and I wasn't feeling well. Only then did the front desk say 'Okay...' and promptly made our room cards. It really felt like they had rooms available but just weren't giving them out...
The bed and pillows were good; I slept very well for both nights.
However, there was always a loud noise in the middle of the night... It sounded like huge pipes or some machinery running.

This hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe.
The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK!
The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too.

I chose this hotel because it's right next to the Egyptian Museum, which was very convenient for my first day in Cairo when I was unfamiliar with the city. It's really close to the museum, and getting to Giza train station by metro to buy tickets was also easy. There were a lot of police cars around, so it felt very safe. The room itself was very new.
The only minor issue was that I had booked a pre-payment model, meaning I would pay upon checkout. This usually isn't a problem in my home country, but here, they unexpectedly required a $150 deposit. The platform was responsive and said they would follow up if the deposit wasn't returned later, and the hotel also informed us immediately after receiving the payment. My husband and I spent our stay in Nariman building The whole experience was good. The room was so spacious but we had some issues with the amenities. We had to call like five times to ask for stuff that is missing from the room.
The service wasn’t bad. They tried to be quick in getting the stuff that was missing from the room but last time we called regarding one of the amenities they didn’t come straight away. Also the TV wasn’t working for the two nights that we spent there and when we asked them to come and fix it, they tried but could not do anything and then they told us they will try to bring someone to fix the technical issue and they didn’t come. I wanted to sleep so we called them not to come because they were late and we had to sleep. Also, the pillows wasn’t the pillows that we know it’s as if they put some bedsheets in a pillowcase to look like a pillow so it wasn’t good at all and we had to sleep on The cushion. It's more like an apartment room than a hotel. An old man delivers the key. You need to have WhatsApp installed. I couldn't find the man at first, so I had to ask the people around me for help.
