The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Anonymous UserNewly renovated hotel, modern and clean. Prime location close to Central train station and tram stops, yet not noisy around. Shopping malls, supermarkets, large and small restaurants of different cuisine are nearby. Walking to the historic center takes just 10 minutes. Reception staff are all friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast in a nice restaurant is most enjoyable.

Guest UserThe hotel has great rooms with terraces, the grounds with a garden and fountain, and the amenities, including a pool, sauna, etc., are fantastic. The food in the restaurant has a small selection but is very tasty. We'd gladly return.

Anonymous UserThe location is very central. Dresden isn't that big, so staying anywhere in the old town is fine. This place feels more like a budget hotel, but the price isn't expensive either. Hotels in Dresden are much cheaper than in other cities. It's a bit old but clean and tidy. You can get sparkling water from the hallway. Check-out at noon is great.
A highlight is being able to use the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi that can fit five or six people. After seeing it, I immediately went to Primark and bought a 7-euro swimsuit to use it. The pool temperature is higher than usual, which is nice. No need to bring a swimming cap.
The sauna seems to be co-ed. I saw the men's changing room from the sauna! 😂 I quickly ran to get dressed when I saw someone walk by! 😱
You need to wear slippers to enter the pool area. Slippers aren't expensive to buy, and the hotel also provides disposable ones.
There are music festivals in the square outside during summer, but you can't hear the sound. It's great for strolling around at night.
We found the Japanese restaurant on the second floor, which has good reviews, to be particularly unappetizing, and the service was incredibly slow. Not recommended.

The INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining.
We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable.
The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss.
Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat.
We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering.
Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

The room and bathroom are very large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was full. The location is very good, walking along the river to the Senbo Opera, Zwenger Palace, Notre Dame Church and other attractions are convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dresden. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city's beautiful old town, attractions, restaurants, and public transport on foot.
The hotel offers great facilities, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, delicious coffee, and something for every taste. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, outstanding service, and a perfect location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dresden.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

The room was very poor, the room type was weird, the TV and the bed were parallel, and the wardrobe was directly topped at the bathroom door. The hotel as a whole is an old hotel in a third-tier city to repair the facade. I don't know how so many praises came from.
The service is very poor. When you check in at the front desk, you should pay attention to it. There is a small sign on the inconspicuous side that says: The default guest does not need cleaning service, so if you need to change the bath towel and plan the room, please ask it at the front desk. This feeling is a bit of an invisible consumption trap. Then I asked for cleaning service, and the next morning cleaning came knocking at 8:30, speechless.
The attitude of the front desk is also very general. If you don't propose it, you will not take the initiative to give you a city map and introduce the surrounding area.
In short, very disappointed and will not go again.
The city itself is good, the surrounding environment is very good, the small zoo is very comfortable to stroll around, and the food is delicious.

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!
Picture is of the tram…5-6 mins walk and approx 20 mins into centre of town every 15 minutes ish
