The hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

Excellent location, with easy access to everything. The facilities were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety and was very enjoyable.

The room isn't huge, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right above the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

We've known the Hotel The President for business for a long time; since the 90s, it was the go-to for our international colleagues. We also book it privately ourselves when we need to be in Utrecht for an event. The quality is excellent, and you can easily reach Utrecht city center by bus from the public transport stop, which is just a few hundred meters walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel's parking lot.

Excellent location with easy access to the train station and walking distance to city centre and Exhibition halls. Umbrellas available from hotel in case of rain showers. Great breakfast served in ground floor

Great location, close to the central station and easy to get to the old town across the tracks. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. There's a window, but it doesn't open. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Amsterdam Central Station. This Utrecht hotel offers a more pleasant stay than the bustling Amsterdam.

Trying so hard to be ubercool and in many ways it is. I liked a lot of the art and style. Breakfast was odd though. Random sugary cereals but hot breakfast only has one of - beans, mushrooms, sausages, bacon and rotate it per day. On the other hand vodka and tomato juice available to make a Bloody Mary?!?

Standard Holiday Inn experience that you come to expect the check-in staff were very friendly and I found that this room was particularly clean compared to previous holiday inns I’ve stayed at the staff were very helpful when I asked for recommendations in the local area 

Booked early in the morning for the same day. Parking was important due to traveling in a camper, and it worked out perfectly. The staff were friendly, and there was a particularly helpful and kind lady in the restaurant. The food was excellent. The room was very spacious and tidy. My only minor complaints were the pillows, which were far too soft for me, and an ashtray with cigarette butts outside, which I found unacceptable.
