D & A Seaside Cottages
4/50 Reviews
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, the 1st and 2nd night we’d booked the poolside cottage as the booking site insinuated this room had WiFi, it doesn’t, WiFi is only available in the restaurant. The room furnishings are a bit tired and the toilet didn’t flush but it had everything you need and the pool is very inviting. We preferred the harbour view room we had for our 3rd night. The Spanish omelette with toast and mango juice for breakfast was very enjoyable (there are other choices), they cook to order so be prepared to wait. The off shore snorkelling is very good. You follow a rocky trail for about 5 minutes and access the water from the rocks. I would recommend wearing sea shoes. We saw juvenile lion fish, a moray eel, clown fish and so much more! The sign on the restaurant door was a bit confusing, it says that you can’t snorkel without a guide, which costs 250 php. We went alone and found no issue? The staff are really friendly and the place has a rustic charm. There is very little within walking distance so if you want to explore we would advise you hire a scooter.
