The location is a bit far from the facilities, only at 8:30 breakfast has run out. On the day of check-in, the room is smaller, everything is degraded

Staff here has a very poor attitude. Since check-in, the staff has already wanted to chase guests. Never seen any 4-star hotel with poor service like this. Need more training for staff about service attitude. I have experienced a lot of different hotels and also doing in the service industry but can't be sympathetic. Definitely not coming back.
