The hotel is located in a petrochemical complex, with gardens in the entrance of the site, streets and housing buildings. The rooms are large and well equipped. Stube office. Placards. Balcony. Staff here has a very poor attitude. Since check-in, the staff has already wanted to chase guests. Never seen any 4-star hotel with poor service like this. Need more training for staff about service attitude. I have experienced a lot of different hotels and also doing in the service industry but can't be sympathetic. Definitely not coming back.
