The kitchen is another highlight, well-equipped and organized, ideal for preparing your meals during your stay. However, the real standout was the hospitality of the staff. I was treated incredibly well by everyone, and the manager, Shingo, went above and beyond by introducing me to downtown Ishigaki and its locals. The staff member, Chinami, was equally exceptional, taking me out to the local bars and helping make lasting friends on the island. Before my visit, I viewed Ishigaki primarily as a natural paradise with outdoor activities, but soon realized that the island also boasts a vibrant nightlife with underground bars and clubs. I highly recommend Ishigaki and the Ishigaki Guesthouse Hive to young backpackers and adventurers seeking an authentic and enjoyable experience. Compared to my previous stay in Naha, Ishigaki outshines it in every aspect. I will definitely return to Ishigaki, there is so much more to explore and many friends I hope to see again. I like the appearance and interior very much. Especially the open bathroom was good. The beach in the vicinity is Moon Beach (paid), but if there is an essential car rental for Okinawa trip, there are many beach options, so I didn't have any trouble. Personally, I don't like the resort hotel to have too much sightseeing, so I think it is suitable for those who want to travel to live slowly as well. It was quiet and really good without encountering other guests. The meal at the dining bar on the first floor was also good. It is definitely delicious than the restaurant in the hotel town nearby. Recommended.

Invincible sea view is good, self-driving tour is first-class 👍, and you can cook and eat. The cooking tools are complete. If there is a kitchen rag, it is better. There is a very awkward beach near the car for a few minutes. 🏖️, I will still order 👍👍 again when I go to Okinawa.

The guesthouse is located in the countryside. Not very convenient, but really quiet and peaceful. I spent a relaxing time there, sleeping early and awaking early everyday. The owners are very nice. The breakfasts every morning are tasty. The house is full of Beatles’ posters and discs. I love the vintage vibe so much. The cleanliness is acceptable. There were some little geckos and insects in the room. But it was understandable because of the location. The wifi is not working. I was compelled to take a social detox. Lol.
