Rodeway Inn

The road in front of the hotel has a main road and a secondary road with a separation belt in the middle. Baidu navigation has always been prompted to sit on the road, the result has been walking on the left main road, eyes can not enter the hotel, have to turn back. The room was clean and the service was good. No coffee pot, no hot water, instant noodles can't be soaked. The left hand of the hotel is not far from the intersection. There is a Chinese-opened restaurant. It is good to pay for food by self-service.

For the first time using Trip.com....this one for me is a winner. After bad experiences at Extended Stays and some motels under Wyndham Rewards wherein I lost a number of points on rooms that needed serious upgrading for their members, as well with some other third party reservations were very disappointing and over priced on fees and tax for people on a fixed income. Only flaw...no breakfast folks. But I'll take care that for the cleanliness and no pets.

The room was nice with a nice size pool Surprisingly and clean and Bluetooth speaker inside with loud speakers in pool area and room with no sound leaving the room definitely worth it I would say I would definitely stay again I just wish they would offer better deals on this particular room but it’s worth it your paying for your own peace a mind with a private pool so honestly couldn’t have been more happier and the property outside is well maintained and neat .thank you again

We had to stay here because of the snow storm we were not told on the website or even in the so called fine print there was a $100 deposit so to get here and to be charged an extra $100 is false advertisement then at checkout he had me waited the front desk while he went to check the room but did not communicate where he was going so I had to stand there 5 Or so minutes not knowing what was going on they have very poor communication and customer service do not stay here

I live here every time I go to KOP. The opposite is KOP Mall, the largest department store in the U.S., and there is so much to offer. The nearby Philadelphia Outlet is also one of the most cost-effective Ole in the United States. KOP is simply a shopping paradise! The location of the hotel is very good. Turn right when you go out is the transportation hub, which is very convenient in either direction. Room facilities are relatively complete, and there is a balcony to smoke! The breakfast buffet is also worth $ 20 per person, and the price is less than $ 100, what a deal!

While this isn't technically a 5 star hotel, the service we received for the price we paid makes this an excellent property. The check in was seamless as was check out. The free breakfast was ample and filling and the room was clean. We had our dog with us and the staff were friendly and welcoming of him. The area surrounding the hotel is good for walking the dog, too. While this was not a full service hotel, we would definitely stay here in the future as we have family in the area and this is convenient, clean, and reasonably priced.

Our venue was canceled last minute and the hotel did not care. They get customers all the time because of this venue and to not understand or care about the cancellation by the event was horrible. The only good thing that happened is the third party app that handled the planned trip stepped up big time and spent almost six hours trying to negotiate with the hotel to no avail. Trip.com is the best!!!

I rate the experience 0. Our bathroom wasn’t clean at checkin but it was like 1:30a so I didn’t complain. They did allow us a noon checkout. The front desk lady was harassing me watching me get dressed. The manager is a smile in your face and move behind your back type. My daughter left her SCHOOL iPad in the room. Manager comes to me while I’m packing my trunk and says he found it and it’s at the desk. At that moment he could have said I owe money but he didn’t! I go to the desk they say they won’t give me my daughters iPad without paying $21 I somehow owe for a movie! They billed me at 2:09a for what they’re now saying is a movie! At 2a NOBODY had turned on the tv! At 11a my son turned on the tv but not at 2a. And if he purchased a movie at 11a it was an accident. The manager said supposedly 22mins of the movie was watched 😵 so he can’t work anything out. How was I charged at 2a for a movie that hadn’t yet been ordered???? Nope lies. I go to the manager to resolve the issue. He’s stating I have to pay the $21 to get the iPad or he can mail the iPad back to the district and take me to the court of common pleas for the measly $21! Then he goes on speaking racist slander! Harassed, and blackmailed is unprofessional. This is the LOWEST service I have ever received and I’ve been living in hotels 2 years! Guest relations takes their time resolving issues. Another one if their properties owe me $20 which could have easily paid this property. But nope no customer resolution there. I won’t be staying at a another RedRoof brand hotel ever again. It’s atrocious how these properties are handled! My daughters education is at risk (she risks falling behind in class work over $21 for a movie I didn’t order! So he told guest relations he’s going to mail it back to the school district 🤔. Which means I didn’t owe nothing! He just wanted to harass me! I’ll be taking legal actions. Chose the wrong one. And I won’t ever be coming back to this hotel. I suggest if you’re black to stay out of here. They’ll just harass you and make you feel uncomfortable. Thanks for mailing the iPad back we appreciate you. Means we can get an upgrade 😉
