Facilities: They're okay. I'd suggest adding a shelf for toiletries in the shower. Cleanliness: The bed sheets and duvet covers were clean, which was great. However, I'd recommend improving the toilet seat. Environment: The view from the room's balcony was excellent! Service: Absolutely fantastic! The owner was incredibly friendly and offered free pick-up and drop-off services to the station. On my way back, I accidentally left my umbrella at a scenic spot, and the owner drove me back to retrieve it before heading to the high-speed rail station. They were also very chatty! The hotel also recommended a restaurant across the street, and the food there was delicious!

The room offered excellent privacy, and the wooden decor beautifully captured the unique charm of Western Hunan. The free parking was a great convenience for self-drivers, and the surrounding area was perfect for hiking. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations.

Its location is super convenient, being very close to the scenic area – just a two-minute walk to the Great Waterfall. I'll definitely recommend it to friends for future stays.

Great location! Downstairs, you're right on Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street. It's also super close to Hisense Plaza and Orange Isle. You can easily get to all the sights by subway. We stayed for two nights, and a cleaning lady came every day. We were even able to store our luggage after check-out.

I was very pleased with the room's design, I really liked the room itself. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and I was very satisfied with their service – a great experience! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the South Gate of the Ancient City before 9 PM, and I'd like to thank the driver for telling us about the Ancient City.

This hotel on Fenghuang Ancient Town mountain offered an amazing experience! The misty mountain air was so fresh and humid, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The huge bathtub was a dream for a relaxing soak. The balcony views of the mountains are enchanting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere – the vibe was just perfect. It was a truly comfortable and perfect stay. Our whole family traveled together, booking three standard rooms and one king room. Both the adults and children were very satisfied, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all highly professional and enthusiastic, always promptly addressing any requests. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are newly renovated and there are many hot spring pools. The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

The massive projector is a brilliant touch; snuggling in bed at night watching a movie totally elevates the vibe and brings immense joy. The smart home system is another huge plus – voice-controlling the lights, curtains, and AC is so convenient and high-tech, greatly enhancing the overall experience. Overall, it's warm, comfortable, and convenient, with attention to detail and a five-star experience. It's perfect for a relaxing short stay and offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!
