Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

This hotel is located uphill from Fenghuang Ancient Town, offering a very peaceful environment. You can hear birds chirping in the morning. It's only a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the riverside cloud bridge area, passing by Mr. Shen Congwen's tomb and Congwen Bookstore – a very scenic route that I've enjoyed walking several times these past few days. The hotel service is excellent. I booked a standalone villa with a private hot spring in the courtyard, which was easy to use, and the water quality was great; my parents and I had a wonderful time soaking. The complimentary afternoon tea was lovely, with delicious desserts. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and all the staff were very friendly. Overall, a great experience.

Great location! Downstairs, you're right on Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street. It's also super close to Hisense Plaza and Orange Isle. You can easily get to all the sights by subway. We stayed for two nights, and a cleaning lady came every day. We were even able to store our luggage after check-out.

After comparing a few hotels, I finally chose Hetianju and wasn't disappointed. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The surroundings were naturally quiet. The hotel staff had good service attitudes, and check-in was quick. The nearby attractions were well-distributed, requiring short travel times, which was perfect for planning a relaxed itinerary.

They upgraded us to a projector room, which was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable – excellent value for money! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at for a tourist. They gave us a great overview of how to explore Fenghuang Ancient City (just recommendations, no pressure). Plus, the hotel offers free rides to attractions, and their food and restaurant recommendations were spot on. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!

This hotel has a unique local charm. A small stream gurgles outside the balcony, and sitting on the tea table there, gazing at the distant scenery, creates a truly special ambiance! The front desk staff (a young lady) was incredibly warm, meticulous, and thoughtful. She provided a detailed overview even before check-in and reserved a parking spot for me. After checking in, she meticulously planned out our Fuyrong Ancient Town itinerary and arranged a shuttle service to and from the scenic area. The driver was on-call, enthusiastic, and attentive, explaining local customs and the traditional culture of the Tujia people, which we found incredibly insightful! Their service left a deep impression on us! This place is highly recommended!

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! Extremely beautiful view! A table on the balcony has an electric stove, water, and tea ceremony equipment—it's so nice! The shower and toilet are okay, but these aren't new rooms (don't expect 4 Seasons-level accommodations). The bed linens are clean, and everything is spotless. Important: The hotel is located in a tourist area, and to access it, you need to pay 108 yuan for entry (this is access to a 3-day walk around the area).

This resort hotel really poke me too much! The overall design atmosphere is full, the garden landscape is super beautiful, one step at a time, and the photo is beyond the film. The room is spacious and transparent, the style is fresh and elegant, the view is excellent, and you can see the scenery while lying on the bed. The supporting facilities are complete, the hot springs and leisure areas are very stylish, the environment is quiet and comfortable, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service is warm and intimate, the details are full, I don't want to go when I live in, the first choice for vacation relaxation, the experience is full, highly recommended!

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!
