GGuest UserOur hot spring trip was fantastic, with a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The butler's warm and thoughtful assistance made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The hotel's location is convenient, just an hour's drive from Chengdu, with easy parking. They also offer a shuttle service, and having parking spots in the villa area was very convenient, making travel hassle-free. We even received a complimentary afternoon tea. When the butler learned I would be arriving a bit late, they thoughtfully arranged to have it delivered to my room in advance and provided turn-down service, which was a very nice touch.
Upon arrival, the staff meticulously explained the breakfast times, meal arrangements, and various entertainment options. The detailed and attentive service ensured we had a wonderful time. 😊

This was an absolutely stunning stay — one of the best I've experienced, and it truly blew us away. We had a balcony room with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The resort is run by a warm couple and a team of locals who were wonderfully attentive and helpful, arranging our transportation from Chengdu to their doorstep and back.
The food was exceptional — wholesome, nourishing and deeply local. The dinner hotpot hit the spot on a cold night, and breakfast was healthy and energising — exactly what you need before a long day of hiking. The room itself was spectacular; waking up to pine trees dusted with snow and a clear mountain view was something else. On a clear night, you could stargaze from the balcony and melt into the rocking chair. Simply blissful and a good escape from the city life. Highly recommend NPS 10.

Great layout, comfortable bed, a warm toilet seat on a cold morning, spacious, and most importantly — a stunning view. The hotel is relatively new, having opened in 2025 according to the owners.

The couple who run the place are genuinely lovely — always on hand to ensure you have a great stay. Responsive over WeChat to help coordinate logistics ahead of the trip, and they'll drop you at the entrance of the main hiking sites. Other staff were equally helpful. The primary language is Chinese, but they are patient and a translation app works perfectly fine.
📍 Location — 9/10
A 10-minute drive from both Changping and Shuangqiao valleys. Not much in the immediate surroundings — quaint little farms, grazing cows, and steep hills that will test anyone not yet acclimatised.
🍽️ Food & Drink — 9/10
The hotpot on both nights was incredibly nourishing and full of flavour, featuring a variety of local wild vegetables and mushrooms. There is also a stir-fry menu with a solid selection of local dishes, though we stuck to the hotpot both evenings.
🌅 View/Scenery — 11/10
Snowcapped peaks and beautiful pine forests as far as the eye can see (visited in April). I could have sat and stared out the window all day.
🏃 Activities & Surroundings — 10/10
The mountains and hiking trails are the main draw here — and honestly, the only activity you'll ever need. Shuangqiao is absolutely gorgeous and you could spend a whole day there if you like to hike(instead of just taking the bus). Changping is more for hikers, no bus service with a different charm, I love it more cause it was less touristy.
The immediate area is quiet — everything you need is within the hotel itself. Stock up on essentials in the city, or check with staff ahead of time if there's anything specific you need. It's a hillside town, four hours from Chengdu.

Perched on the hillside, it boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly frame the mountain views, and the room temperature was just right. The private hot spring bath was spacious with a rich mineral scent, and all the facilities felt brand new. Coming here to unwind on a weekend was pure bliss. The staff were all lovely too – always smiling, friendly, and quick to greet you. The afternoon tea and goodnight drinks were a nice touch. It's off-season now, so it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. They even gave us a thoughtful parting gift, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserEverything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel.
The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains.
We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty.
The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

GGuest UserAfter hiking Mount Qingcheng yesterday, my friend and I stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience. Their service attitude was truly excellent. Whether it was the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or any other staff member, everyone greeted us with a smile whenever we encountered them in the hotel. The room facilities and environment were also very good. Waking up in the morning to the sound of rain outside, lying in bed, and looking at the scenery outside the window was incredibly comfortable! The breakfast had a great variety too, with freshly cooked rice noodles and noodles, and even freshly ground coffee. Too bad I forgot to take photos! My friend and I both loved it, and from now on, this will be our go-to place whenever we visit Mount Qingcheng.

YYilia..The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.

GGuest UserI loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location in Dujiangyan was absolutely fantastic, incredibly close to the scenic area, which saved us a lot of hassle. The room, though not large, was clean and tidy, with enough space for everything we needed. Getting a taxi was super convenient, making it quick and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go, which is really friendly for tourists. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

GGuest UserTucked away in the heart of Huangwan Town, this place is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It's also just a short walk from the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, perfect for a stroll to soak in the local culture and atmosphere. With mountains at its back and a river view in front, the panoramic vistas are unobstructed and breathtaking. In the mornings, the mist-shrouded mountains feel like a fairyland, and the evening sunsets reflecting on the river are incredibly serene and calming. Excellent location, tranquil environment, and stunning views – absolutely perfect.
