This place is all about location, location, location—absolutely fantastic spot in a very touristy Italian town, and at $40 a night, you really can’t beat the price. It’s definitely more of a tech-savvy, Japanese micro-hotel style setup. There’s no front desk, no keys—just your phone to check in and access the room. That worked fine for us, but if you’re looking for a more traditional hotel experience, this might not be your vibe.
The building itself is a converted apartment, now split into five rooms. Communication was great—the hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. A lot of the reviews rave about cleanliness, but we did have a bit of a hiccup there. Our shower was backed up, and when maintenance came, they pulled out what looked like a small poodle from the drain. That definitely raised some concerns about how thorough the cleaning was before our stay.
That said, once the issue was resolved, everything else went smoothly. If you’re used to minimalist setups and just need a great base in a great location, it’s a solid option. Just don’t expect luxury or even a full-service hotel feel. Overall: good, not great—but would consider staying again.FromPLN 233

Phenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.
The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! There was a reception, and I was able to check in smoothly. I would like to commend this.
Recently, there are more and more cases where apartments are used as accommodation, and the owners live in a different location.
Some accommodations are cutting costs too much.
Even when we contacted them, there were times when we had trouble over the phone, as the guests came from abroad and did not have sufficient language skills.
Also, even when guests arrived at the front door, they were made to wait an unnecessarily long time for the owner or their agent to arrive.
Since then, I have made it a rule to choose accommodations that have a proper reception, even if they are a little more expensive.
Guests arrive tired.

非常好的住宿體驗。地理位置好，就在老城區邊上，可以走走逛逛直接到海邊。離巴里的主幹道也很近，附近有很多不錯的飯店。房間設施比較新，打掃也很乾凈。退房後，可以繼續使用大廳。另外，房東人也很好，巴里不能用Uber，房東會幫忙叫車。房東還有衹超可愛的狗狗，會主動和你握手，還會害羞。FromPLN 334

Everything was perfect. Especially breakfast!! I highly recommend that book your accommodation with breakfast. Room was also clean. housekeepers cleaned the room everyday. Большая спальня и столовая, много мебели, практически на центральной улице. Завтрак в квартиру приносят: круасаны, кофе капсулы для машинки, нарезки колбасы и сыра, хлеб, сливки, соки.
