Very good location next to SPICE convention centre. Breakfast spread is good and delicious with some local Penang favorites. Twin bed is small, single bed instead of super single size. Amenities can be improved slightly as amenities box in washroom is a bit dated. Would be good if there’s a convenience stall / news stand below or next to hotel. Overall a good stay still.

Great stay at Olive Tree Hotel. This was my second time and it still felt great and such a comfortable stay. The place is clean, and well-maintained. Although Bayan Lepas is a bit further from where people normally would want to go for holidays in Penang (Georgetown and around), it is very worth the money spent. Will definitely come back again!

The place was very clean, reasonably priced, and the bed was very comfortable. It is also conveniently located close to where I needed to go. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is not very large.

Have comfortable stay here. Clean. Breakfast variety ok. Have complimentary shuttle bus to/from quensbay shopping mall daily in the evening , except Monday.

Parking is ample inside the hotel, so no worries if you’re driving. Check-in and check-out were smooth. On the downside, the room has taped flooring, which makes it look a bit questionable and ugly 🤔 After check-in, we had to wait for towels until 7 PM, which I’ve never experienced at other hotels.🥲 The room was adequately equipped with an iron, ironing board, and smart TV. The pool was great,kids will definitely enjoy it. Overall, it was just okay.Nothing much.

'Office hotel'. Spacious space. Natural light. Got water dispenser on the outside corridor on certain levels. Clean and neat. Restaurant Nasi Kandar nearby. Most important thing is there's free parking. No hassle to think about overnight parking charge. But you need to get the parking card before the office close, and before you enter the parking floor.

Still ok for short stay....strong water pressure for shower..spacious and with lift..and walking distance to eatery places...Grab costs around RM10 to go to Penang airport....mattress is comfortable but the lil downside is that 1 of the bedsheet has yellow stains on it....overall it was a pleasant stay .

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Situated directly in front of a mall, the hotel offers high accessibility to shopping, dining, and entertainment options—all just steps away. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a short, comfortable, and flexible stay in a prime location.

The location is superb close to Penang international airport, it's convenient for those who plan to stay one night for the next morning early flight. The hotel has a lift, but the tooth brush and tooth paste is not provided , please bring your own prior to arrivals. The durian store opposite the hotel (outside of Giant bayan baru) is bad, please don't be cheated by them, , they won't change it for you although it was wet with water inside, bad taste and it's hard like stone. Furthermore, the price is expensive compared to market prices.

The hotel is located on top of restaurant and it is very convenient to move around.
