I chose this hotel for an overnight stay because I had a late-night flight, so I just picked one close to the airport. I didn't expect it to be such a fantastic experience! First, a big shout-out to the front desk staff. It was almost 1 AM when I checked in, and as soon as I got out of the car, the gentleman at the front desk immediately came to help with my luggage. They even gave me a free room upgrade! They offered complimentary late-night snacks, but we arrived too late to enjoy them. The breakfast in the morning was also quite substantial. On check-out day, the gentleman even helped load my luggage into the car before I left. The lady at the front desk also gave us a small gift. From the room to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

My stay was absolutely perfect! Check-in at the front desk was super fast. The bedding in the room was soft, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with no unpleasant odors. For this price, it was an amazing value! The hotel also offers a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Daxing Airport. For pickups, there's a shuttle every hour at 10 past and 40 past the hour, picking up at Gate 3 on the fourth floor of Daxing Airport – it's a huge, impressive bus. For drop-offs, there's a shuttle every half hour, on the hour and half past the hour. They are super punctual and leave right on time. If you're transferring at Daxing Airport, choosing this hotel is definitely the right move. I'll be back if I have the chance! 🌹🌹🌹🌹

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service. There are also a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel's decor is stylish and elegant. The front desk staff even upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, especially the large bathroom which had a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, and a very roomy shower. The bedroom also featured a walk-in closet. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym and a heated swimming pool on the basement level. The restaurant also provides late-night supper service. All departments offered warm and attentive service. For an airport hotel, it offers great value for money!

Pros: 1. Close to the airport with shuttle bus service. 2. Plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. 3. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 4. Didn't have breakfast, but they provided a breakfast bag with lots of bread, milk, yogurt, and fruit. 5. Ample hot water for the shower. Cons: 1. Poor soundproofing in the room; I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway and next door. 2. The slippers and tissues were of very poor quality, extremely thin. 3. The air conditioning in the room wasn't effective; it got a bit cold at night. 4. To get a room upgrade, I had to add them on WeChat and give a 5-star review. 5. For a hotel of this caliber, it was disappointing that the in-room coffee was instant.

Arrived late at the hotel to a warm, comforting late-night congee. They also offer shuttle service to and from T2/T3 terminals, which was really convenient. The room was great, with a large, comfy bed and excellent heating. It was a perfect, relaxing day for my layover in Beijing. I was so happy! 😊 The front desk staff and driver were all very friendly and helpful. 👍

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it the perfect choice for anyone with an early flight or a layover. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and check-in was quick and professional. What particularly impressed me was that not only did they smoothly arrange my room, but they also thoughtfully placed my friend's room on the same floor, which was very convenient for us to look after each other. Their attention to detail was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was superb – we couldn't hear any airport noise at all, allowing us to get a very restful sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western options. A special thanks to the front office team for their thoughtful service, which made our entire trip feel relaxed and pleasant. The hotel environment is great, and the service is excellent. They are very quick to resolve any issues. Having a robot deliver food to the room is super convenient. Plus, it's very close to Capital Airport, which makes getting around a breeze.

UrCove Hotel is extremely conveniently located right in the heart of the city, just next to the Forbidden City in Beijing. It’s a perfect base for sightseeing, with many major attractions within easy reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to note down their names, but they were incredibly supportive when I requested a room change, needed to extend my stay, and even during early morning checkouts. Their efficiency and warm attitude really made a difference. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.
