The room facilities were quite dated. The toilet flush malfunctioned several times; maintenance was called the first time, and they also replaced a faulty light bulb while fixing it. The hot water pressure from the faucet was extremely low and couldn't be adjusted. The air conditioning consistently failed to work properly. After contacting the front desk, I was informed that it was a 'smart' system linked to the windows, meaning the AC wouldn't operate if any window was open. The front desk eventually had to override this setting in their system. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay due to the outdated facilities and recurring issues.FromPKR 28,076

Two stars because it is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. Thats about it. It is certainly not a five star hotel, which it purports to be. We arrived around 8pm and advised reception that we needed to leave for the airport at five am. At some point reception advises that the booking was for one person and they had to charge us for the second. I have never heard of this! So for the extra person for our 8 hour stay, they wanted €100! What the hell for? I looked on a booking sight and showed the receptionist that I could still book a room (which would come with a free bottle of wine) for two people for exactly what I paid. Receptionist kept saying that it would be more if i booked through the hotel. Lets follow the logic here. Why would i book directly through the hotel if the same room is less on a booking sight? The most irritating part is that she kept laughing inappropriately for some unknown reason. The male receptionist kept insisting that the € 100 was for the ”free” hot breakfast. We reminded him that we had to leave before breakfast was served. He assured us that there would be a cart full of food in the morning before we left. Long story short, that did not happen. There was a cart with coffee and a few pastries. But wait, there's more! The man at the reception in the morning told us that if we had asked, they would have made us breakfast. That would have been nice if it was ever suggested by reception at check in! A real five star hotel would have just taken the initiative to prepare the bagged breakfast for us given the conversation had the night before. I also enjoyed how the staff talked down to us insisting that a €100 per person euro fee is totally normal. Because I've never stayed in a hotel before! Thats sarcasm btw. Again, this certainly was not a five star experience. And just to compare apples to apples, we stayed at a four star hotel when we arrived in bologna 10 days earlier. It was 1/5 the cost, the staff much more accommodating and was just as comfortable and nice. So do yourself a favor and ignore the alleged five star rating and save your money and nerves by staying anywhere else.FromPKR 114,672

Great location with great staff. The bell tolls every so often, but it is no bother. Shower is a tad bit tiny but bathroom is big. Lift is available but some rooms on level 2 has a few steps to conquer - do request a room that does not tackle this if you cannot lift your luggage for these few steps. One key per room, but key can be left at reception. We had 4 rooms all up and they mananged to get us all on same floor & close by, as per our request. Again, all the staff are great. The breakfast was buffet style and was very delicious, with prosciutto, cheese, bread, juice, etc. I'm usually too sleepy in the morning to eat much even if I pay for breakfast, but this time I ate until I was full lol. Also, it may have been a coincidence, but there was a bathtub in the room, so I was very happy to be able to take a bath for the first time in a while! Very close to the Twin Towers and the main campus of Bologna, a very small hotel. Very clean and the room is not small. After staying, I went out for a lap and came back with a welcome fruit. The breakfast was underground, slightly darker, but it was also cleverly designed according to local conditions. Looking out the window of the room, you can see the corner of the twin towers. It is very quiet at night and sleeps very well. It could be better. The historic palace in the centre of Bologna, Location really suggestive and fascinating in particular the inner courtyard, called ”orangeries”, in which there is breakfast room.
The service is improved: at our arrival the room was cold because the previous guests had closed all the thermophones of the room. Ok the historical palace in a 4-star hotel I would expect thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature, but the only way to do it is to close or open thermophones handily. And then in the heart of the night I woke up for too warm.
Washing the bathroom in the flat. Who cleaned the bathroom before our arrival how did he not realize it? Why did he not fit it?
No hot water in the morning. But are we joking?

L’hotel è in centro e quindi in posizione estremamente strategica. Temevo anche per questo motivo che fosse molto rumoroso, invece la stanza dava sull’interno e, grazie all’aria condizionata, ho potuto tenere le finestre chiuse e non sentire alcun rumore. La stanza poi era ben arredata, soprattutto pulita e nuova! The hotel is located in a somewhat desolate area, and there is a construction site next to it. The transportation is convenient. Bus No. 25, which goes directly to the Central Railway Station, is right in front of the hotel. I was surprised to see the hotel when I got off the bus.
The receptionist was expressionless, and the facilities in the room were old, but they were equipped with a small refrigerator, a kettle, mineral water, etc. The hygiene was also good; the bed was a bit soft, but fortunately it was just for a nap...

The location is great because one shopping center is at opposite side and it is close to fair center. The most useful is the hotel has free shuttle bus for guests to fair center in the morning and afternoon, this service is very convenient and sweet.

The location is perfect, the hotel is nice. I arrived earlier and asked for a early check in but they said it was not possibile and I was waiting on the sofa. Nobody informed me when the room could be ready to get in.. and when I asked it was actually ready. I wish I could book directly on combo, not through booking or whatever the other connector was... It was unclear about the check-in time. I found out after I payed and made the booking. After all, I had a nice cosy stay, the food was nice, the staff was nice, might come again.

Good hotel. Responsive staff. Great breakfast. Close to the center. Good transportation availability. Of the shortcomings: There is no furniture on the balcony, although the balcony itself is very good. The lack of sound isolation in the room because of the floor wooden door, all you need to add sound isolation material. And there was another accidental hole on the shelf (I think it is a rare case). I just spent like a week at the Social Hub in Bologna and for sure can recommend it.
For me, preferably walking the cities I visit, the Social Hub is situated at a perfect location. Just behind the train station, and really a stone throw away from the old town. I would vary my walks to the center, like first going to the University of Bologna, etc. From the Social Hub you can really reach anything on foot.
The hotel itself is very welcoming, friendly, and has a very creative, entrepreneurial vibe.
The room is just the perfect, and all is there what is usually needed.
The public areas, including the pool, are very inviting to spend some time at, either to swim, have a coffee, or a chat with a fellow customer.
All in all, kudos to the team from the Social Hun for their friendly and professional manner they manage it all! I’ll be back 😉FromPKR 18,089

Our room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.FromPKR 20,576
