Was only here for a night as early morning flight. Was in a good location, close to public transport. Checked in around 9pm and receptionist was tending to other guests so had to wait around. Room is very standard but enough for what I needed it for. Fairly clean. AC system was loud but at least it had it in to keep the room cool. My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍FromTWD 3,617

Stayed one night in April 2024. Within walking distance of the Bratislava Hlavna train station and the old town. The reception was a bit difficult to find at first but the staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was fine, the mattress was quite thin and there was just one giant pillow. I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly!

We travelled with 2 kids. The room was big enough and gave us 3 beds plus small cot bed for the 1 year old which was a huge help. The location is ok, easy to reach the old town, the castle or climb the hill for the city panoramic view. Tesco express is not super far. The room is with impressive 4 meter ceilings and huge bath tub. All would have been good if not paper thin wall or terrible sound isolation from other rooms, I could hear very clearly what my neighbors were talking and they weren’t event talking loud. The hotel's location is great, very close to the old train station. The breakfast is well worth the price, quite generous, and the chef was constantly checking and refilling dishes. The hotel breakfast is very good and very hearty. The hotel has a room that can sleep three people, one of which is a sofa bed. Parking is available in front of the hotel. A hostel that offers good value for money. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm room with three bunk beds. The bunk beds (both top and bottom) were quite wobbly; even a slight movement caused a lot of shaking, which meant everyone had to be very considerate.
The room had lockable lockers large enough for a backpack or a small suitcase.
The shared toilets and kitchen were spotless. However, many of the shower rooms were out of order, and getting hot water at a comfortable temperature was often a challenge. Also, no complimentary toiletries like shampoo were provided.
It was noisy until 10 PM with people drinking and chatting in the garden, but it quieted down significantly after that. Check-out is by 10 AM the following day. Be aware that your €10 deposit might not be refunded if you check out late.
The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English.
Overall, it's a good place for friends who want to have a fun, social stay.FromTWD 381

My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍FromTWD 3,617

Located on the Danube River, it is slightly opposite to other hotels, but it takes only 15 minutes to walk to the UFO Bridge and 20 minutes to the old town. From the door to do the tools, about half an hour to the train station, it is relatively convenient. It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable.
