All-inclusive is highly recommended. It includes not only three meals a day but also all drinks, offering excellent value. All entertainment options are plentiful and available without leaving the resort. The private beach is clean with soft sand. The hotel is mostly frequented by Europeans and Koreans, with few Chinese guests. I suggest booking a sea-view room. We originally booked garden-view rooms based on the pictures, thinking they would be on the first floor for easy access between our two families, but they were actually on the second floor of an annex. The advantage is quietness, as all the hotel's entertainment options are near the main building. If you can't get a first-floor room, I suggest avoiding garden-view and balcony rooms. The hotel staff speaks Chinese, which saves you some trouble. No deposit is required, which is very convenient. Almost everything is all-inclusive and free. The service is good, and the hotel is very clean. Excellent value for money.

Best airport hotel We stayed at this resort on our last day in Vietnam to relax a bit before a long flight home. Just sharing a few observations in case it helps someone else. Location: It’s definitely the closest resort to the airport. Traveling with two young kids can be exhausting, so staying nearby was really important for us—especially in case of flight delays or cranky kids. This place was perfect for that. Food: You can eat at Coral Restaurant, The Spoon (very authentic Korean food), or K10 seafood restaurant (best decision ever 😄). They use KakaoTalk, so you can message them directly. They also provided free two-way shuttle service, which made dining out super convenient. The food was great and the service was excellent—such a nice way to end our trip. Service: The front desk was just okay, but our host was amazing—very responsive, enthusiastic, and helpful. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of. She even let us check in early because we had two young children, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly option for a 0.5–1 day stay. It’s not a fancy or luxurious resort, but it’s perfect if you have an early or late flight. Highly recommended!!

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, including a pool, private beach, sports amenities, sauna, and recreation facilities. There's even a small cinema and a billiards room, which is a great variety. The hotel also offers bicycles and a sauna, which is a nice touch. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, one of the cleaner hotels in its class. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with a lovely private beach and lawn. It's very quiet, which I appreciate. Service: The staff were warm and friendly. They even helped decorate the room for my parents' wedding anniversary, which was very kind. Thank you. Resort Shuttle: The free airport shuttle service is excellent. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and cocktail time are great, especially as they coincide with sunset. It's a wonderful experience. The hotel staff are super good. Thanks again, I will definitely be back.

Excellent location just 5-10 minutes from the airport. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was comfortable despite some corridor noise in the early morning. The rich breakfast buffet, beautiful outdoor setting, and spotless large pool made our morning truly enjoyable. It's very far from everything. Even the large pool is a 25-30-minute walk by buggy. Breakfast was good, but dinner was a complete disappointment; nothing tasted good. Halfway through, a huge cockroach crawled onto the sofa behind my husband! The staff tried to catch it, ruining my mood and appetite, and the hotel didn't even apologize. It was unpleasant. We ordered an extra bottle of wine for dinner, but we were surprised to find they added a hefty fee on top. The menu price was one, but the actual price was 15% higher. Tea and coffee weren't provided until check-in. I booked a single villa with a pool, but we were actually put in a villa with three separate bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, and a shared pool. On our last day, the phone didn't work, and we had to scramble to find the staff and send a buggy for our luggage. We won't be going there again.

Stopped here the night before departure, so that they would not get up early on the morning flight. It's more like apartments, apartments for permanent or long stay. The room is very spacious. There are many commercial (under restaurants and shops and spa) beautiful and modern buildings in a single style. But, a small number of them function. We walked around a very beautiful territory and it was a feeling that it was not all ready and started to work here. We found a couple of interesting and delicious cafes, 3 tempting and stylish spas, a shop with t-shirts... In general, a very promising place. From the downsides: ”Not very clear with the beach. A lot of garbage on the beach, excavator... as if work is some improvement or not... Well, we were at night, so maybe not everyone saw. - Another minus. Apparently with the number of staff there are problems, so it took a long time to give the room. And we were in a hurry. It's good that the airport is 3 minutes. The rest of the normal.

This place offers good value for money if you're looking for somewhere to stay before your flight. The pool looked great, and the sea views were also lovely. The only downsides are the lack of a convenience store on-site and nothing much to do in the immediate area. It can also be easily confused with 'Empyrean Resort'. I also noticed several rooms left open, perhaps due to large groups of Chinese tourists staying here. Despite these points, it's still good value for money.

”MY 5 STAR REVIEW” - even though the hotel was half full in the middle of the off season...my request for an extra hour past designated checkout of noon was like I'd asked them to reinvent the concept of ”hoteling”. The rather snooty (they all kinda were, and it seems a prerequisite front-of-house hiring policy for Citadineseseses everywhere (cf Singapore)) front of desk lady, sighed and huffed and eventually said ”ok, you can stay until 1pm, if you give us a 5 Star review on Google”. When we duly checked out at 1pm sharp, she asked me to show her the review on my phone. Which of course I hadn't bothered my **** to write. Anyway, finally here it is (thank you for your patience, your hotel isn't important to us): ”3 STARS... thinks it's better than it is, and shouldn't be bribing guests with patheticness in an effort to game the Google rating system. Trust me, there are better places to stay.”

Good service, good breakfast in this price range. Close to airport and good for night flight or early morning flight . We arrived at 9pm and ready morning trip to Muine.

The Empyrean hotel is aligned with the Arena resort hotel. It’s the same building and the same rooms, the same swimming, the same everything. Just like in my previous review of Arena hotel, I will mention a very good and clean condition of the hotel and surround, great beach and sea area as well as swimming pool. The biggest disadvantage is a very remote area with no access to the tours and trips and small shops. Need to do everything inside the hotel, it does have a lot of amenities, just that you need to pay for everything.
