Walk to the beach and downtown Capitola! Charming 3 bedroom house with two rare off-street parking spots that fits two families of four! January through April checkout is 5pm and the rest of the year whenever we don't have renters the next day! One of the few 3br homes a few blocks from the beach, shops or restaurants in Capitola Village! It is set up with high speed internet and desks to Zoom as well as to load up the beach cart with beach chairs and a cooler to walk to the beach! An outdoor table and gas grill make this a perfect getaway. If 12% city tax for Capitola on the total of the rental plus cleaning fee is not included in your tax calculation through VRBO then it will be requested separately.Since this home is in the Village there may be street noise. The house is historic, so the stairs leading up to the second floor are quite steep and short. Everyone should use the handrail when on the stairs. The heater is located in the downstairs living room on the wall with space heaters in each bedroom that can be on dressers/desks. Please note all of these heaters get hot to the touch when on. The two parking spots are cozy with one minivan and one Honda CRV.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We live in close proximity to neighbors and the police station so parties will be problematic quickly and are not permitted..Historic stairs. **** Gorgeous 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house with a very large kitchen off living room with TV and WiFi. The kitchen table sits next to a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard deck which is shaded by a large avocado tree. The backyard offers privacy. Across the hall from the laundry room is the half bathroom. Next,Inside is a master bedroom / bathroom with a jacuzzi tub that easily holds two adults there is also a shower with dual shower heads. The den is on the other side of the staircase, it has a new queen size sofa bed. It’s location avoids foot traffic from the main rooms downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the second bathroom with a large shower. Walk to the beach and downtown Capitola! Charming 3 bedroom house with two rare off-street parking spots that fits two families of four! January through April checkout is 5pm and the rest of the year whenever we don't have renters the next day! One of the few 3br homes a few blocks from the beach, shops or restaurants in Capitola Village! It is set up with high speed internet and desks to Zoom as well as to load up the beach cart with beach chairs and a cooler to walk to the beach! An outdoor table and gas grill make this a perfect getaway. If 12% city tax for Capitola on the total of the rental plus cleaning fee is not included in your tax calculation through VRBO then it will be requested separately.Since this home is in the Village there may be street noise. The house is historic, so the stairs leading up to the second floor are quite steep and short. Everyone should use the handrail when on the stairs. The heater is located in the downstairs living room on the wall with space heaters in each bedroom that can be on dressers/desks. Please note all of these heaters get hot to the touch when on.
