The hotel room has a view of the castle and a large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the castle. The room and bathroom are relatively large, and there are slippers, toothbrushes and other disposable items. The front desk service is good and luggage can be stored for free. I feel that the hotel balcony is the best place to see the panoramic view of the castle, but it is backlit in the morning and the night view is good at night. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the train station.

Hotel location is good, there is a parking lot 🅿️, very close to the castle, 5 minutes walk. The room facilities are relatively new and the bed and bedding are very comfortable. The room is small and there is no place to put the box. Breakfast is good, bread, dessert, jam, fruit, meat, juice drinks are rich in variety. The disadvantage is that there are no vegetables. The hotel has a small environment, with gardens and swimming pools. Disadvantages: The sewage at the entrance of the hotel is flowing across the river, a smell of simmering water, walking back to the hotel to step on dirty water, very disgusting.

It is best to send a message with their WhatsApp before check-in, and then they will tell you the gate password and the precautions for check-in. 10 minutes walk from the castle. Champagne is also delivered at check-in. Everything is basically done by self-help. But before I left, I sent him a message, and I immediately came down and said hello after seeing it, and I was still very sincere. Overall good.

Ample, free parking spaces, good spoken English at the front desk. Located next to a large supermarket. Rooms are clean and comfortably designed. We booked one night but ended up staying two. Cleaning service was very observant, noticing that we'd only been drinking the decaf coffee sachets provided and topping up extra of those. Nice, small details that help make the trip more comfortable. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Carcassonne castle. You can drive there in the evening and park outside the castle for free after dark - a highly recommended experience. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you're like us: foreign visitors, travelling in France by car.

We did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!

Fijn hotel, lobby is minder aantrekkelijk voor 4 sterren hotel maar het uitzicht vanaf balkon voorkant/ontbijtzaal/restaurant/rooftopterras maakt alles goed, kamers zijn fijn en ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid, er was zelfs tortilla en gebakken groenten

We stayed at this hotel for one night, Bastille Day. The room was very nice, albeit the bathroom was small. The pool was great to cool down at and the bar service was excellent, with views of the castle walls. Many people watched the spectacular fireworks from here.
