We were checked in swiftly which is good as we had a function to attend in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean and the internet connection was good. The staff courteous. The bed was comfortable. Rude Manager and Receptionist. They don't abide by what they commit. At the time of booking Over the call, I have metioned that I would arrive early by 2-3 hours and I have 10 month old baby with me and the person confirmed that if room is available then it would be provided without any extra charges. But when we arrived they demanded extra money for early checkin. When I argued They asked me ti provide recording of the call. They don't even listen to customer or understand their concerns My suggestion to all is first do not choose this hotel if you have other option, even if you choose better record the calls whenever you speak to hotel staff..Stay in this place only if you want to spoil your trip.

Rooms are pretty small. But it is neatly maintained. Restrooms are clean. But the water in the restroom comes like a tiny droplets. You need to wait for 15-20 mins for the bucket to get filled with water. Easy accessibility to nearby attractions such as Anna park, Boat house and Restaurants are near by. Wi-fi is there but you will not get signal all the time inside the room. Room service for Food is extra charge. Their restaurant is also only self-service.

We stayed in Yercaud for 2nights and 3 days.Booked SS Silver oaks resort 1 day in advance.I had a dilemma whether I took a wise decision or not but after reaching there I understood that I didnt take any wrong decision.Check in and check out processes were smooth.The resort is situated 2.5kms away from yercaud lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the town area.We stayed in standard room.Room was extremely clean.Toilet was also clean.The resort has a wonderful restaurant named 'Spice”.Food were just yummy.We never dared to go to other eateries after enriching our taste buds with the delicious foods of Spice restaurant.Crispy Ghee dhosa, Andhra chicken, Paneer noodles and chicken pullipalayam are the dishes which we really loved. The staffs thrived hard to take care of our each and every needs.Mr Kannan, Mr Sharvan, Mr Lokesh and Mr Govindraj (Kitchen) had helped us a lot to make our stay a memorable one.They provide strong wifi connection in each and every rooms; also in lobby and kitchen. The things which can be improved are 1.Currently there is no elevator.So for older persons it will be difficult to climb through stairs. 2.They do not accept cards.Only google pay and cash are accepted.

There is a restaurant there. Food will be served according to order. Within 1.5 kilometers is a gorgeous bird park named peeku park. No free breakfast is provided. The resort is wonderful except from that.

The hotel is well placed in the centre of the city near New bus stand (~2.5 km). They control the booking of rooms on weekends and in a way take advantage of your urgency by making you book suite room (they make sure that full payment is done, paying a partial booking amount is not enough for them) even though other ordinary rooms may be available. The complimentary breakfast was less than average. The presence of continental dishes is for name sake. The AC in suite rooms are not effective, just make sure before you check in. I was not happy with the way security behave with you, especially for parking.

Compact room for a couple with budget mind. Family room is also available on the ground floor. This place has the restaurant on the basement and food is really good. The only problem is timing where we need to order before. Few cons are telephone is not working as we have to go down to make the request for whatever. WiFi is not working on first day… Don’t expect covered parking, and you have to park on the side of the road and also it is safe. I travelled by bike with pillion. No issues whatever. Power cut is common. Nice terrace available and also the balcony in the room is shared. All is well there, except the price should be little low or should include the breakfast at least…

Stayed @ Meridian hill top resort this year with family. We requested and got a valley view room. The room was spacious with 2 sofas, huge bed, enough space to store the luggages and stuff. And chairs @ the balcony to sit and relax. Very calm and serene location in Yercaud. Noise and Pollution free area. Room: The room had a huge glass wall with wooden frames, which gives a beautiful view of the valley outside. You can enjoy the view either from the bed or sitting on the sofa from inside the room. from the balcony, you get a wonderful, uninterrupted panoramic view of the valley. Amenities: There's a nice swimming pool with kids pool, 2 Snooker tables, few carrom boards, 1 Table tennis table.. This looks good enough to spend some time at the entertainment zone. Food: Breakfast is complimentary. Food(lunch/Dinner/Breakfast) was delicious and they serve south indian, chinese and other menu. both Veg/Non Veg. Staff: The staff @ the restaurant, house keeping, front office were very polite and helpful anytime. Thanks to Mr. Bala the front office manager for helping in room booking and for everything during the stay. Location: Coming from Salem - you have to cross Yercaud lake to 4kms, towards Shevarayan temple Best part: The valley view from the room as well as from the balcony

Decent budget hotel on the highway. Overall, a comfortable stay, except no wi-fi in rooms, shower head was broken, hard pillows and springs of the bed were loose or broken. The bathroom was decent, but water pressure in all fittings was fluctuating, and the water tasted horrible. The room was spacious and had a small desk, too. Tv had tata sky with all channels subscription in every language, which is a big positive for a budget hotel. Polar bear icecreams parliur, a snack shop, more shops and a2b are next door, but no other cuisines are available. Ac works great.

I stayed there for 2 days ie; 29th dc and 30th dec. Breakfast fast was disappointing. Same food with only 2 items was only available. Not even removing plates when people had their breakfast. Though i had taken option for lunch/dinner also, thought of not having it from there with my experience on breakfast. Room is very highly priced. Average room. Informed them to clean the room after first day. Bedsheets were not changed. New bottle of water was not provided. Even they didn't change the towels. Had to call room service and made them bring everything. The tap in the bathroom was damaged. They told that they will repair next day, but nothing was done. Not worth for a stay unless you didn't get any other hotels there.

Stayed from may 2-4, 2023. This property is not worth for the amount paid. Badly maintained bathroom. No morning coffee/tea served till about 7:30 am and that too supplied only after requests. But the staff were quite nice and the frugal breakfast was good-thanks to the chef. Yercaud itself is a very beautiful and scenic hill station but very dirty at most of the places including the lake area due to callous and irresponsible tourists. Garbage disposal is pathetic. Vegetarian food and related restaurants are very few and bad.
