I stayed for ten nights. The location is relatively close to the exhibition hall. The transportation is really not convenient. You can't even take a taxi. You can ask the hotel to call a taxi and agree on the price in advance.
The hotel breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The front desk service is average. My room faced the sea, but I was dancing with two flies. There is only a toothbrush tool in the bathroom and no other tools. Compared with other hotels, there are far fewer things. When I went to bed at night, because I faced the sea, the cars on the road were very noisy and a bit noisy, so I couldn't sleep. Objectively speaking, the room was relatively large and the price was cheap, but there was no ventilation window, and the air conditioner vents were covered in dust and mold. Plus, I have allergies, so I didn't dare turn on the air conditioner all night. Luckily, the temperature in Dhamman isn't high right now. Even worse, the room faced the main road, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs – it was incredibly inconvenient. I specifically requested a quiet room when I booked. We have been waiting for a great breakfast prepared by skilled cooks and served by mega friendly waiters. The rooms are clean, spacious, the service is excellent. Also very much liked the gym.

The room was much larger than expected, with plenty of room for activities, the air conditioner could be adjusted freely, the room temperature was comfortable, the bathroom had sufficient water pressure, and the cleaning matters requested by the housekeeper were all handled one by one. It was a very good experience

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

It is a 40-minute drive from Dammam International Airport and surrounded by large supermarkets.

Apartments of the middle level aren't bad.
The night and night reception service needs more attention.
The cleanliness and the smell of smoke in the apartments need more attention.
