hotel location is pretty good, in between Rainbow District and Humen Walking Street, the hotel building is part of a condo cluster on top of a shipping mall, so the lobby is not be ground floor but 3rd floor. when taking taxi, ask driver to search for shopping mall 君乐汇 drop off, will be much easier.
rooms are modern and spacious, aircon and water pressure for shower is good, housekeeping is top notch, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, pillows are on the softer side, can ask for hard pillows or extras when required.
hotel allows late check out until 4pm, that's pretty good for those with late flights out. those who fly out of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, there's a bus that can be taken from 虎门候机楼 bus station that's at another hotel.
hotel amenities are good, used the gym, pretty basic but enough for a good workout, swimming pool is open 7am to 9pm, closed in between from 12-2pm. have to bring own swimming cap or buy one at counter. the pool is run by a club and shared between hotel and condo clusters so weekends and day time will be crowded. pool water is not treated so best to use goggles.
shopping mall below hotel makes eating very convenient but head towards outside area near the walking street, lots of local food at cheaper prices.
overall will recommend for stay.

Consistently superb, I've stayed here multiple times now. This visit, I had a room with two 1.2-meter beds, and I found the mattresses weren't quite as comfortable as those in the king rooms. However, I always request their #11 green-edged pillows, which are incredibly comfortable. As someone who frequently travels for work, I often struggle with pillows at other hotels – they're either too high or too low, always leading to neck pain. DeRUCCI Hotel's pillows are truly the only ones I can rely on for a good night's sleep.
The Wanghaige Restaurant downstairs is fantastic; their fish was absolutely sensational! The roast goose was also incredibly memorable. I'll definitely be back to stay and dine at DeRUCCI again. We've been coming to Sanzheng Banshan Hotel every year for five years now. We've stayed in family rooms, mountain-view rooms, and water-view rooms, and we've even brought both sets of parents along. This year, I have some feedback and suggestions:
1. **Regarding the development of hot spring facilities**: What attracts us most to Sanzheng Banshan is its genuine hot springs, and the water quality is indeed excellent. However, the accompanying hot spring facilities are quite limited and haven't seen any changes in years; some are even shut down. I also frequently visit Shanshui Tianyuan Hot Spring in Shenzhen. While their accommodation experience and water quality are far inferior, they've introduced new hot springs and bathing methods in recent years, such as tub baths, cave pools, and hydro-massage beds.
2. **Regarding hot spring services**: This year was my first time participating in Sanzheng Banshan's New Year's Eve event, which was very creative – thumbs up! However, there wasn't adequate anticipation for guests' demand for towels when the outdoor temperature was around 10 degrees Celsius. Also, there was no staff to guide guests taking the shortcut from their rooms to the main building, nor were there temporary shuttle services arranged for women and children.
3. **Regarding pricing for lake boat tours**: This is my third time enjoying your lake boat tours. Currently, only a 30-minute option is available. Could there be more pricing models, such as an hour-long package? Additionally, damaged boats could be utilized as semi-permanent landscape features in the middle of the lake.
4. **Regarding improvements to the warm bathrobes**: Your warm bathrobes are excellent; even with my larger waist size, I can use them comfortably. Could you consider adding a button at the neckline, similar to the fabric toggles on a qipao, and sewing the belt onto the robe? This would make cleaning easier, prevent the belt from getting misplaced, and ensure that children's collars don't let in drafts.FromMXN2,144

I was looking for a relaxing place to unwind during the National Day holiday, somewhere not too crowded and reasonably priced. I stumbled upon this place, and it exceeded my expectations! The entire Songshan Lake area is nestled in the woods, giving it a secluded, idyllic feel.
Facilities: The hotel is quite new, and the facilities are all new and excellent. The beds are also very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy.
Environment: Located right next to Songshan Lake, the balcony offers views of the lake and lush greenery, truly a place hidden in the mountains and lake.
Service: The service was just right for me; they were very attentive and responsible.
Yiju Lakeside Hot Spring Experience: The swimming and hot springs were fantastic! Swimming, sauna, and hot springs are all combined. Great Hotel with Excellent Facilities, But Poor Tennis Court Experience
We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments.
Room & Service:
The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite.
Food:
We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily toward Chinese cuisine. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner.
Massage:
There are two massage salons. We booked a foot massage, but the therapists ended up giving us an almost full-body massage, paying extra attention to sore areas. It was a wonderful experience — 5 out of 5.
Pools & Sauna:
Both pools are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you prefer fewer people, we recommend the indoor pool around 7 a.m. and the outdoor one around 2 p.m. The pools were clean and warm, and we appreciated the Swedish sauna in the locker room. Again — 5 stars.
Gym:
The gym is well-equipped and never crowded. Open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. — another 5 stars.
Tennis Court:
Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment. Despite several attempts to book and show up at the scheduled time, no staff were present. Phone calls were ignored or we were told, “I don’t have time to talk.” We eventually got a refund (booked via *******), but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Rating: 1 out of 5.
Overall:
Aside from the tennis court issue, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Great amenities, clean rooms, and a peaceful environment.FromMXN1,799

The hotel environment is great, the building isn't too tall, and the design is quite unique. Check-in is on the 3rd floor. Since it was my first time, it took me a while to find my way from the parking lot, walking around in circles. After checking in, I had to go to another elevator to go down, but luckily, a staff member led the way.
The room is quite spacious, with a retro decor, and it's very quiet. The bed is large and very comfortable. There's a balcony outside with two lounge chairs, and the view from the window is pretty good.
A minor disappointment: although the hotel isn't high-rise, I did request a higher floor when booking, but I still ended up on the 2nd floor.
Room facilities shortcomings: There are too few power outlets for charging. For example, a regular bathroom should have an outlet conveniently placed for a hairdryer, but there's only one for a shaver. Choosing the Mousse Sleep Hotel for my best friend's wedding, where my bridesmaids and I stayed, was absolutely the right decision! We checked in a day early to help the bride with makeup and rehearsal until the early hours. I was fully expecting to wake up with dark circles, but Mousse's bed was incredibly comfortable! We didn't have to worry about a thing, making for a truly exceptional experience. The most convenient aspect was the location! Dongguan Metro Line 1 is opening soon, and the hotel is just dozens of meters from the station. Out-of-town groomsmen and bridesmaids can simply take the subway directly to the hotel, saving so much hassle with transportation. It's truly convenient. I don't usually give bad reviews, but this five-star hotel is really bad. The wallpaper in the corridor has peeled off a lot. When it's dark, the lights are not turned on, including in the elevator room. It's dark when walking, which is a bit scary. I had to remind the front desk to turn on the lights. The room is relatively large and the surrounding environment is also good, but the furniture and facilities are relatively old and peeling. The bathroom is particularly dirty. The gaps between the wall tiles are full of dirt, which is a bit disgusting. There is also dust left by the decoration on the tiles under the washbasin. It really doesn't meet the five-star standard. Don't book if you mind. The third photo shows that there is no dirt in the gaps between the bathroom tiles. Only a small area in the upper right corner is like this. The rest are all there. We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments.
Room & Service:
The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite.
Food:
We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily toward Chinese cuisine. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner.
Massage:
There are two massage salons. We booked a foot massage, but the therapists ended up giving us an almost full-body massage, paying extra attention to sore areas. It was a wonderful experience — 5 out of 5.
Pools & Sauna:
Both pools are open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you prefer fewer people, we recommend the indoor pool around 7 a.m. and the outdoor one around 2 p.m. The pools were clean and warm, and we appreciated the Swedish sauna in the locker room. Again — 5 stars.
Gym:
The gym is well-equipped and never crowded. Open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. — another 5 stars.
Tennis Court:
Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment. Despite several attempts to book and show up at the scheduled time, no staff were present. Phone calls were ignored or we were told, “I don’t have time to talk.” We eventually got a refund (booked via *******), but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Rating: 1 out of 5.
Overall:
Aside from the tennis court issue, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Great amenities, clean rooms, and a peaceful environment.

Since it was my first time, it took me a while to find my way from the parking lot, walking around in circles. After checking in, I had to go to another elevator to go down, but luckily, a staff member led the way.
The room is quite spacious, with a retro decor, and it's very quiet. The bed is large and very comfortable. There's a balcony outside with two lounge chairs, and the view from the window is pretty good.
A minor disappointment: although the hotel isn't high-rise, I did request a higher floor when booking, but I still ended up on the 2nd floor.
Room facilities shortcomings: There are too few power outlets for charging. For example, a regular bathroom should have an outlet conveniently placed for a hairdryer, but there's only one for a shaver. However, the room did come with a power strip, but it's still a bit inconvenient. I hope this can be improved.

|39.58km from city centerWe've been coming to Sanzheng Banshan Hotel every year for five years now. We've stayed in family rooms, mountain-view rooms, and water-view rooms, and we've even brought both sets of parents along. This year, I have some feedback and suggestions:
1. **Regarding the development of hot spring facilities**: What attracts us most to Sanzheng Banshan is its genuine hot springs, and the water quality is indeed excellent. However, the accompanying hot spring facilities are quite limited and haven't seen any changes in years; some are even shut down. I also frequently visit Shanshui Tianyuan Hot Spring in Shenzhen. While their accommodation experience and water quality are far inferior, they've introduced new hot springs and bathing methods in recent years, such as tub baths, cave pools, and hydro-massage beds.
2. **Regarding hot spring services**: This year was my first time participating in Sanzheng Banshan's New Year's Eve event, which was very creative – thumbs up! However, there wasn't adequate anticipation for guests' demand for towels when the outdoor temperature was around 10 degrees Celsius. Also, there was no staff to guide guests taking the shortcut from their rooms to the main building, nor were there temporary shuttle services arranged for women and children.
3. **Regarding pricing for lake boat tours**: This is my third time enjoying your lake boat tours. Currently, only a 30-minute option is available. Could there be more pricing models, such as an hour-long package? Additionally, damaged boats could be utilized as semi-permanent landscape features in the middle of the lake.
4. **Regarding improvements to the warm bathrobes**: Your warm bathrobes are excellent; even with my larger waist size, I can use them comfortably. Could you consider adding a button at the neckline, similar to the fabric toggles on a qipao, and sewing the belt onto the robe? This would make cleaning easier, prevent the belt from getting misplaced, and ensure that children's collars don't let in drafts.
