The hotel rooms are clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities. Staff at the front desk are all friendly and helpful providing us travel tips without asking. The breakfast is good and surprisingly afternoon tea and late evening tea are also provided. An extra credit.

This hotel is a landmark building in Dongguan's Nancheng CBD, often called the ”Gate of Dongguan” due to its unique architectural design. As an established luxury hotel, even though it opened some time ago (in 2013), the facilities are very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. The location is very convenient, right next to Citizen Center Station, which is an interchange for Metro Lines 1 and 2. It's surrounded by two major shopping districts, Huiyi City and Guomao Center, making shopping and dining incredibly easy.

Staying at Longquan Hotel this time truly redefined 'a home away from home'! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by the lovely smiles of the front desk staff. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they thoughtfully informed me about the hotel restaurant's operating hours and the best times to enjoy the outdoor recreational area's views. They even patiently recommended nearby attractions. The hotel's decor is exquisite and grand, with a warm-toned design that's incredibly stylish – perfect for snapping photos. The food at the restaurant was an absolute delight; dishes were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. During meals, the waitstaff promptly refilled tea and changed plates, providing attentive yet unobtrusive service. The outdoor area boasts comfortable weather and pleasant scenery. While strolling after dinner, I coincidentally met a staff member who enthusiastically offered insect repellent – talk about attention to detail! From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! I arrived early, and the front desk staff immediately helped expedite the room cleaning without a word, and even kindly upgraded me to a room with a view. They were smiling the whole time, which made a great impression. The room was even more spacious than in the pictures, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The soundproofing was incredible; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The cleanliness was meticulously done; even the corners were spotless, and the toiletries felt high-quality. The breakfast offered a huge variety of hot dishes, pastries, and drinks, all tasting homemade and fresh. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, and the value for money far exceeded my expectations. It's definitely on my list of regular places to stay, truly recommended!

The room was very clean and quiet. The location is great, with many delicious food options downstairs and around the hotel. The staff were very kind, allowing me to check in early and check out late. The cleaning lady and the front desk staff both helped me with my luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful.

We stayed there for 3 days partly for business and partly for couple trip. The hotel is located in the city centre but there isn't a subway station nearby. However, many restaurants are located nearby, so you can get different options for roast goose. The restaurants within the same building and next to it have great food. The hotel was so nice to give us an upgrade. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and always willing to lend a hand. I would come back again if opportunities arise.

Review for Ibis Hotel: The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

Have stayed in this hotel for many times and I’m overall satisfied with the hotel’s location and cleanliness. The services previously provided by the hotel was good but didn’t know if the hotel has changed the receptionists , as a result, I had to wait for more than half a hour before driving out of the car park. It really made me frustrated as it ruined my activities afterwards.

Great room, water was strong, shampoo and body wash has a great smell. Clean room was big. They have shave that you can request at the reception.
